I had an 8:30 AM appointment on Monday, November 17th, 2025, and the team at Aiken + Wilson Dentistry was right on time. I even walked in to find my brother-in-law in the waiting room, which was a fun surprise. They brought me back promptly for my cleaning, and Dr. Aiken saw me early. He always gives clear, helpful commentary on what to watch for without pushing unnecessary treatment. He’s great at explaining what may come up down the road, while still letting me decide when I feel ready to address anything. Overall, a smooth visit and a great way to start my week. Highly recommend.

I am a difficult patient to schedule with international and state to state travel and Dr. Aiken and his team are most accommodating and communicative. Ive had many dentists in multiple states and feel, by far, as though my well being is best in their care. The staff is also wonderful at coordinating with oral surgery Ive had to address while in Louisville. Also of note, the office is amazing! I told Dr. Aiken i could live in there! Lots of light, exposed brick, clean, welcoming and most comfortable !

Outstanding dental practice! Everyone at Aiken and Wilson Dentistry goes above and beyond to get to know me and to meet my dental needs. Jennifer and Dr Wilson are so patient, knowledgeable and kind. They listen to my concerns, and they offer solutions. I never feel rushed. It is easy to make appointments and to make necessary changes to scheduled appointments. Although I didn't get any dental work done I was given excellent customer service and received much empathy for the pain I was experiencing. I felt very comfortable and was given a quick appointment. Dr Wilson explained very thoroughly all the work I needed done and prevented me from doing further damage to my liver ( way too many Tylenol, dealing with pain). It is a beautiful office and I highly recommend them if you need dental care!😁

UGH! I absolutely HATE going to the dentist...that being said, I've never had a more positive overall experience at the dentist than I've had with Aiken & Wilson over the past several weeks! The entire staff - front desk and dental team were fantastic. Everything was timely and affordable, and they have some really cool technology which gives great insight into your overall mouth health! My only complaint is having to go back in six months for my check-up...but I am thrilled it will be with a great team. If you're at all nervous about or have anxiety about the dentist, trust me, this is the dentistry for you!
