I absolutely love this dentistry staff! The staff is so welcoming and caring. The oral surgeon Dr Naselsker is absolutely amazing! My fear 😨 of dentist is real! I have NEVER met a doctor and staff that put me at ease, the way they did. I would recommend this office for ANYONE that needs an oral surgeon!!! Innovative oral surgery is beyond fabulous!! Spread the word, they are AMAZING!!!! They check on you after the procedure. Heck truth is, they really do care about you and your recovery! Which in today's world is rare!!! I will send anyone I know that needs an oral surgeon and other services they offer!!! Absolutely amazing all around experience. From my consultation to the after procedure care!! I had 3 teeth removed at once. And the next day, I only have some mild discomfort. Like I said Dr Naselsker and staff are AMAZING!!!🥰🥰🥰

Had an excellent experience with the whole process. Very professional. Very friendly. Dr. Naselsker and the staff were excellent and made me feel very comfortable with everything. I 100% would recommend Innovative Oral Surgery. The staff were very sweet! My tooth extraction feels great. They did a wonderful job!

Absolutely the best experience I had with oral surgery. Everyone there was so sweet. They even reach out to you to see how you’re feeling afterwards. My extraction feels great after surgery which tells me I was handled with care and expertise. I love the office and everyone in it!

Great experience and no issues. Friendly front desk staff and a clean office. Dr. Naselsker was gentle and made sure I was relaxed. He even ordered another x-ray to make sure the correct tooth was being extracted. He texted me 5 hours after my procedure to make sure I was feeling well. Highly recommended due to focusing on my well being and I'm glad I was referred to go there.

Extremely disappointed in the lack of compassion I encountered when my husband was anxious about his procedure. One staff member laughed when he asked if I could walk back with him. There was not a single person who attempted to reassure him or provide any options to lessen anxiety before he walked away. They refused to even let me sit with him while they inserted the IV because "the rooms are small." I was in the room for the consultation with my husband, the doctor, and another staff member, so I know they can fit an extra person in there for 5 minutes. While outside, I witnessed the same staff member from earlier laughing at a patient as she wheeled them to the car. We left before the procedure and got a refund. I will be cancelling my own appointment later this year as well. This was a huge letdown- I chose this office because of the positive reviews about care and kindness. They acted as though they had never seen a nervous patient in their lives.
