Great experience and no issues. Friendly front desk staff and a clean office. Dr. Naselsker was gentle and made sure I was relaxed. He even ordered another x-ray to make sure the correct tooth was being extracted. He texted me 5 hours after my procedure to make sure I was feeling well. Highly recommended due to focusing on my well being and I'm glad I was referred to go there.

Absolutely the best experience I had with oral surgery. Everyone there was so sweet. They even reach out to you to see how you’re feeling afterwards. My extraction feels great after surgery which tells me I was handled with care and expertise. I love the office and everyone in it!

Dr. Naselsker and his team are wonderful! Dr. Naselsker is very knowledgeable and was very confident in my surgery, which put me at ease. I'm on day 2 of recovery with minimal pain & swelling. Great experience!

Extremely unprofessional I would advise anybody against using their services. I should have written this review five years ago when they screwed me over back then. In 2020 I went to the Louisville office and had an appointment to do a bone graft and they did all the work except to find out they did not have the correct post size in stock so they had to stitch me back up and I had to come back at a later time. That appointment was with Dr Ken Livesay and I made a note to myself never to go back to that practice again. Against my better judgment I decided to go back and make an appointment with a different doctor at the same office in December 2025 for removal of my granddaughters wisdom teeth. I am not the legal guardian so they told me they didn't think I would be able to do bring my granddaughter there because I was not the legal guardian. The following day they called me and confirmed that and I asked them if was able to bring in the legal guardian and have him take the day off (which would be a major inconvenience) could I keep the appointment that we already had. They told me a resounding NO. I should have Listened to myself in 2020 and never gone back here. Extremely unprofessional practice...DO NOT USE. However the receptionist was very nice and professional... maybe I should ask the receptionist if she can do the oral surgery :)
