Yesterday I had my 6 months check up and after the cleaning Dr Kutas came in to examine and noticed I had two small cavities. She asked me when did I want to schedule my appointment to have this taken care of so I asked is it possible that this could be done today? Fortunately, I was able to get it done yesterday while I was there and I’m feeling very grateful. She did an amazing job and I am so grateful..This has been my dentist for years and my family as well as myself will continue to keep them. I highly recommend because they are very good at what they do and they do care about their patients. Also I have anxiety disorder and they know how to treat me appropriately and I’m blessed to have them all. #Blessed

This was my first time visiting the practice of Dr Timothy Kutas. I saw Sarah Kutas for my care. She was very thorough and understanding. She gave me options for my treatment and when I told her about my anxiety around drilling, she took great care to make sure I was comfortable and not too anxious. I am so happy I found this office and providers.

Although I am anxious when I go, I really had a comfortable pleasant experience. I look forward to my next appointment, since I am getting to know the staff. Plus, they help me want to take better care of my teeth.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Kutas since 1999, along with my family and many friends I’ve referred. I’ve always loved the practice, but over the years frequent staff changes have clearly affected the atmosphere and level of professionalism. In November 2025, I missed an appointment that I never confirmed. I received a text asking me to press “C” to confirm or “P” to receive a callback. I pressed “P,” missed the return call because I was at work, and attempted to call back multiple times without success. Despite this, I was still charged a $25 missed appointment fee even though the appointment was never confirmed. When I called today (Tuesday, January 13, 2026, around 1:30 p.m.) to schedule a cleaning, the front office staff member I spoke with was rude and unwilling to help. At this point, it feels more about money than patient care. My frustration is solely with the front office employee I spoke with today and an outdated confirmation system. The issue is not the $25 fee it’s the clear lack of empathy and professionalism. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. How hard is it to update the system to say “Press Y to confirm or C to cancel”? In this day and age everyone is busy, and not everyone can wait for or return calls during work hours.
