I was dreading having to go to the dentist, but I'm so glad I did my research and found this place. Excellent experience! The staff was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and the facility is so nice and accommodating. I feel well taken care of by honest people, and so far the work they have done has been beautiful! You can tell these people love their job, take pride in their work, and want to help people. I know I have a long road ahead to fix my teeth, but I feel so much better knowing that I found a dentist that I trust. Extra bonus, on my first visit when I was most nervous, I was overjoyed to see their adorable dog "Porter" in the office. I don't think he's there every day but I wish he was! *Fyi, I'm a USMC Veteran, and the dentist informed me about using VA dental (which would have covered all my dental care at no cost)... he didn't have to do that, and I appreciated his honesty. He was trying to save me some money rather than take it. He has experience working at VA Dental. So, for any Veterans out there looking for a dentist because they are not covered by the VA or because they do not want to go to the VA, here is a dentist who you can trust, and he has a lot of experience treating Veterans. This is probably the longest review I've ever written, but it is well warranted for Firefly Family Dentistry.

After many visits, I can confidently say I have never had a bad experience at Firefly. Dr. Sandberg is truly exceptional—always professional, attentive, and clearly dedicated to providing the best service possible. I always leave feeling cared for! Highly recommend!

The staff is wonderful and it is a very friendly, comfortable, local feeling establishment. I’ve been coming here since before it was even called Firefly Family Dentistry (same dentist, just a rebrand at some point) and will keep coming here as long as I can. Full disclosure though, I rarely have problems with my teeth so I’m a pretty easy going patient. I’m not sure that affects the recommendation for other readers.

We love coming here! The staff are so friendly and the service so good that we’ve stayed on despite moving to the north shore. We love it even more now that we have kids and our 3yo is the only toddler I’ve known to say they love the dentist!
