I went in yesterday to get a feeling put in the procedure went really good but and I do mean butt I think she didn't wait long enough for the medicine to freeze my mouth it was given a shot and start working and give it another shot instead of working today my lip is all swelled up and I don't know why because she was working on the back of my mouth I don't know why my lip is swelled up it won't go down I'm hoping it goes down tomorrow I have been going to Dr Joe forever he spoiled me he would give me my shot and come back 15 minutes later and make sure my mouth is Frozen before he worked on me I never ever had any problems with Dr Joe no pain whatsoever I sure do miss him it was the best. But I will give this doctor a chance she seemed concerned the procedure went well except for the shot and to me that's a big deal cuz it hurt

My dentist is great! Dr. Moon is a perfect replacement for the retired Dr. Joe. They squeezed me in for a needed repair. Dr. Moon is pleasant and professional with a good sense of humor. Thank you!

Very skilled, very helpful and generally a very nice guy. I was pleased to meet him and I think he’s a very good dentist. He took excellent care of me and made sure things were correct. I would highly recommend him.

Had a cleaning done here. Doctor and assistant were kind and thorough. Paid $ what I was told I needed to pay at time of service due to Dr not being in my network. Checked back with receptionist 2x regarding $ amount. Fast track a month later I get a bill saying I owe 89$ on top of the money i already paid. A total of over $200 for teeth cleaning. When I questioned the amount I still owed the receptionist was very snappy with me saying the amount I paid was just and estimate. Never once did she inform me of this b4 the appointment or I would have gone elsewhere. She proceed to tell me next time pick someone in your network in a very rude tone. I would not recommend this practice due to their shady billing practices and rude customer service...unless u want a surprise bill in the mail. I did set up a payment plan to pay the balance due.. i think most of the 5 star reviews are from when Dr Jo was in charge. Negative reviews regarding receptionist are quite a few. #nobodyneedssuprisebills #wontbeback
