2 weeks agoWonderful dental experience for my daughter! Nothing but positive feedback from her. We were assured all services were covered by insurance until the bill came for $138.00. Part of it was a billing mistake but I still had to pay $72. Just MAKE SURE exactly what services they are giving and if it’s covered. I canceled my own appointment. The entire world is in a financial crunch right now. Not cool

a month agoEasily worth the drive into East Nashville from Triune/Arrington. Hadn’t been to the dentist in over 10 years. Had a terrible experience previously. From start to finish, the staff were excellent. Each person Ive engaged with was truly amazing. Made going to the dentist enjoyable and honestly kinda fun. 🎉🎉Shout out to Autumn for the tour, showing me all the cool technology. 🎉🎉 Thanks Dr. Hadley and team!!!!!!

He is highly professional and always takes the time to explain each procedure in detail, so I understand exactly what’s happening every step of the way. His dental assistant, Carrie, has a calm, reassuring demeanor that puts me at ease the moment I arrive. The front desk staff is always friendly and welcoming. Their combined professionalism and compassion make every visit a positive experience.

The entire staff, from front desk to dental professionals, go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and cared for. They provide excellent care and take the time to explain everything clearly, which really helps ease any anxiety. You can tell they truly have a patient-first mentality. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for compassionate and professional dental care.
