2 months agoI had a great experience with Mid City Smiles (shout to Jan & Dr. Marci). I was a bit nervous going in, but they made me feel comfortable right away. They explained everything, answered all my questions, and offered treatment options without any pressure. I also really appreciated that they called me to offer an earlier appointment when a spot opened up - thoughtful touch that made things more convenient. Professional, kind, and attentive - would highly recommend!

2 months agoOne of my best experiences at a dentist office. The hygienist and doctor were extremely friendly and personable. I would not hesitate to recommend them. I am now looking forward to returning in 6 months inside of dread!!

a week agoFor nearly a decade and a half, I wouldn’t trust my mouth to anyone else. I am a wimp and they are always so gentle and check in with me throughout procedures and cleanings. I got a root canal last year and waited far too long to get it done and felt like a million bucks the day after. Bonus points for bilingual staff!!

4 weeks agoHad bonding done on my front tooth on April 3. Went back a few weeks later because it was not sealed properly and there was a stain between my tooth and where the bonding started. They fixed it. Went back again a few weeks later (June 2) because the bonding chipped. They fixed it. Less than 3 weeks after that, the bonding chipped again. Rather than go in for a fourth time for the same problem, I asked for my copay back. I was told that accounting could not approve because BoNdInG iSnT sUpPoSeD to lAsT fOrEvErrrr… 3 weeks? You’re telling me that 3 weeks is all it’s supposed to last? I was told the owner would call me. Surprise, they never did. I called back a couple of times after that and was told various things, like “That doctor is out of the office so you’ll have to wait.” “I have it on file that you requested a refund. I’ll follow up with accounting again.” Nothing came of it. I just wanted my 200 dollar copay back. They could keep the 800 they collected from my insurance company but I guess that’s not enough for them. And by the way, I have bonding on my other front tooth as well (different dental practice out of state), and it’s been perfectly in place for two years so I know it CAN be done right.
