I moved here last year and badly needed a new dentist. My sister recommended First Impressions on NW Expressway. I could not be happier. In the past nine months, they've done considerable reconstructive work, including cavities, crowns, cleaning, and whitening. They are professional, courteous, and reasonable. They are the nicest group of people and make every effort to explain the options and make you as comfortable as possible. I genuinely believe everyone in that office is invested in making my experience as pleasant as possible. I've found my dentist and highly recommend them.

I had only attended this dentist one time. I was very unhappy. I will say it again I was very unhappy. I am not one to ever do reviews because I forget and I would rather refer someone to a business that I like. I had a bad experience. I had emergency with a tooth and I was in a lot of pain. I had a root canal and a crown done and on the day I left after surgery I was still in major pain. I called the dentist office to let them know and got no response back from anyone. I then went back in to get the permanent crown put on and even after the crown was put on I was still in a lot of pain. I contacted the office and I said do you think I have an infection and can you do something to relieve the pain. I asked for an antibiotic and they agreed but nothing else was said. I was uncertain of the dentist even from the get go because he says to me what tooth is bothering you? I said it is up on top here but not exactly sure what tooth because of the pain and inflammation. After an excessive amount of ex-rays that was not needed he says hopefully we get the right tooth. I was bothered by the comment and upset that he used all of my money that was with my insurance company for ex-rays and then I am responsible for the full payment to fix the issue. I then said I would not go back to him and found another dentist to fix this issue because I was still in pain. I would not recommend anyone to get work done there.

After 20+ years I finally went to the Dentist. Have to say I am very scared of anything that comes close to my teeth. Everybody was super friendly and the Dr was excellent, it made the experience fantastic. I can only recommend First Impression Dentistry

First Impressions is a fabulous dental experience from the moment you walk in. The front staff is very kind and helpful. All of the hygienists and Matt Cole, who is my dentist, are experts, thorough, and accommodating. I am currently out of state for work, but I still made sure to have my dental work done while in town! I had to run over to their other location for my cavity filling since they ran out of time, but I’m so glad they filled me in before I had to leave the state again. I would highly recommend First Impressions!
