a month agoI went out of state for the All on 4 procedure a few months ago. Something minor arose recently, causing me to find a local practice that would be able to continue my routine care. The first 2 places I contacted were unwilling to see me as a patient, citing that they do not do repairs on dentures that they did not provide. However, the second place I called was incredibly helpful in providing with Dr Bohle's information. From first contact, to scheduling my next appointment and everything in between, I feel like I have found my new dental home. The staff is both kind and knowledgeable, and I'm looking forward to following back up with them next year.

2 months agoI was very impressed with how easy I was able to make an appointment. Their automated answering service, "Gloria", was awesome. Best experience I've ever had with an automated answering service. Anyways, the dentist was very thorough with his exam and took the time to make sure I understood what was needed. He also gave me a copy of my treatment plan. I'd definitely refer family and friends to Dr. Bohle and his team.

6 months agoNot trying to bring down a business—but transparency matters. I don’t typically write negative reviews, and I understand that one person’s experience doesn’t define a business. However, I feel it’s important to share mine—especially for other veterans seeking care. I was referred to this clinic by the VA and chose it after doing my own research. I opted for a civilian provider because I was told the process would be quicker. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. What was supposed to be a faster option ended up taking over six months longer than expected. Throughout the process, there were a number of frustrating issues: One appointment was pushed back by an entire month without any clear reason. Another appointment was canceled without any notice. I even called the morning of to confirm, only to be told I wasn’t on the schedule—despite having the appointment slip in hand. My final appointment took three additional months to reschedule, and when I finally arrived, they had misplaced my treatment plan and postponed it another 30 days. After that visit, I was told to schedule a follow-up, which I attempted to do. I left a voicemail but never received a call back. Since the departure of Dr. Gibson, the atmosphere has noticeably changed. The environment now feels cold, rushed, and far less customer-focused. It’s unfortunate because when Dr. Gibson was there, the culture felt much more caring. I understand this was through a military voucher and perhaps the compensation structure isn’t ideal for them—but if that’s the case, they shouldn’t accept these vouchers. As a business owner myself, I know that not every job pays what it’s worth, but it’s still your responsibility to deliver on your word. A simple "yes" or "no" on whether they could do the work and meet the timeline would have saved a lot of frustration. If you’re considering this clinic: they have a strong 4.8 rating, so clearly many people are satisfied. But I’d recommend asking for a firm timeline and confirming appointments multiple times in advance—maybe even a few days ahead. I hope they take steps to bring back the professionalism and care this clinic once had. I guess that was a firm "NO" for the follow-up.
