The staff was nice, and my visits were going along great. Then, on the day of my very next visit, I received a call from Insight and was told they were dropping me as a patient and I could not return any longer because they got tired of dealing with my previous dentist office. No one in the office or not even the office manager ever told me previous to this last day me that there was even any problem at all. If they had told me then I would have helped to fix the situation. So now, the situation that this office has put me in is causing me to have to drive 4 hrs to Arkansas in order to see this specialty dentist.

Great work is the number one reason. Knowledge, experience and dedicated expertise from Dr. Gibson. Absolutely amazing brilliant dental assistants that actually care. Accomplished front office staff who make sure they can work with you on appointments.

Very professional staff. Front desk was extremely polite and helpful. Hygienist was professional and caring. Loved that dentist came in and reviewed issues with me face to face, definitely a plus. Strongly recommend.

I totally had a great experience on the hardest decision. I’m so glad to see Dr. Gibson and his great attitude. That’s what I remember from 10 years ago and I really want him to do my smile!
