I had an amazing experience today! i was seen by Dr. Patel who was so nice and caring when it came to my anxiety and treatment plan. Maritza and America helped soothe me when it came to my fears on the procedures i needed done. Plus, Candice was so sweet and very informative when it came to my financing options. Overall im so glad i came to this dentist office and I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone who may have any form of fear surrounding the dentist or if you’re looking for a place that will take care of your every need!

I came in for an Invisalign consultation and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Dr. Patel was thorough and informative, and the entire team made me feel so comfortable and cared for. America and Maritza were warm and welcoming, and Candice was super helpful and accommodating. Everyone was professional, kind, and made the whole process smooth. Such a great atmosphere, highly recommend!

I booked an appointment on October 7th 2025 to get my teeth cleaned. Dr. Patel and his staff said they wanted to wait until my gum graft. My gum graft was on October 17th, 2025. and they told me to schedule an appointment after for a cleaning to ensure the teeth are safe.I scheduled an appointment on Nov 6th, 2025. Dr. Patel informed me of 3 cavities that needed fillings. Candace only booked me for the fillings. I asked her about the teeth cleaning and she said I don't know what happened because that is all I scheduled. I showed up for my appointment at 10:30am for my cleaning and she told me it wasn't scheduled, she only scheduled my fillings. I asked Candice if she could clean my teeth and she said it would be later this afternoon.I asked her if I could do the filings and she responded with it will take until 12:00pm. That would be an hour and a half to complete the fillings. Then she charged me $50 to reschedule the appointment with a cleaning and filling. Now I have to go back a 3rd time to get my teeth cleaned and paid $50 cancelation because of her miscommunication with the doctor. I showed up 15 minutes early to my appointment to find it wasn't scheduled as planned and then I was penalized for it.

Dr. Sullins and his team are amazing! They really take the time to listen and explain everything so you feel comfortable and safe. I also love that they offer sedation and financing options—it makes the whole experience so much easier.
