    Today was my very first visit. I really appreciate the energy of the office staff. Courteous, explanatory, and comforting. The dentist was professional, and listened to my concerns. I came in for a second opinion and I’m so glad I did. He gave me the solution that I needed. The office was also very clean and had lots of natural light. The facility has state of the art technology and equipment. I loved the Arizona theme throughout. The room dental chairs were so comfortable that I practically fell asleep, good head support. I’m looking forward to my crown and filling and was very happy to know they have Saturday appointments! The only thing that I didn’t like that well was the parking situation but now that I know my way around, it won’t be an issue again. Thanks!

    Good morning. I came in yesterday morning before I left for a trip. The receptionist, LC, was wonderful and kind. They moved quickly as it was four of us who had a scheduled appointment at 7am, and all four of us were in our chairs no later than 7:10. My hygienist, Leah, was also nice and extremely thorough in her work. I would also like to add Dr. Bisbing came in to check out my e-rays and such and to big young, he understands and knows what he’s doing. Overall, a great experience and good vibe.

    Had a tooth that was infected and they were able to get me in within a couple of hours. Very professional. Paperwork was done through a text, so checkin was quick. Did X-rays and exam; prescription for antibiotics until I can get home in another state. And bill was $99 as advertised. Very happy.

    the dentist here are decent, but the administrative staff is dishonest, and they don't know how to run insurance, they will try to get you to pay double, potentially for their own profit, even though your insurance covers the large majority of the bill. Also, even after they are made aware of their mistake, they will not take any accountability.

    * response to them - I was there for SIX hours because they scheduled the dentist incorrectly. So, on the way out, I asked them to bill me (which I typically do anyways ) Then, I show up for my follow up appointment and then they demand I paid 2400, or, I can't see the dentist. But with my dental insurance, I actually owed less than 1200. So, to be clear, they wanted the full 2400, and anything less they would not accept . Thus, they wanted to literally be paid double what they were owed. What an incredibly dishonest place, it's bad enough that the front desk is incredibly incompetent So I showed up this morning to get a crown, I was told that I need to pay 2300 and in order to see the dentist. I asked her why it was so much when I have insurance and she kept on telling me I have to pay that amount or I "can't go back" I asked her if I could look at what she's looking at because that just doesn't make sense, just giving me all this attitude, super condescending, I told her there's no way I owe that much and then I left. I get a call later, still being harassed, and then she told me I owe 1200. And I was like oh well I would be happy to pay that amount that sounds right. So the girl upfront was just looking at the total bill, was not taking into account insurance, despite that she was basically talking down to me like I didn't wanna pay the bill. They were 1,000,000% in the wrong
