I can’t even articulate what a wonderful group of people they are at Central Valley. Sura, Alexis and Melissa all went above and beyond to make my experience the best it could be. The amount of care and preparation to make sure everything was as comfortable as could be and went as smoothly as possible was evident. Dr B is simply incredible. His bed side manner, and wonderful sense of humor, patience and above all impressive skill level are truly a gift. I had to have dentures placed due to a medication that took my teeth. I have had one tooth removed before and came out with significant swelling before from other dentists. Dr B was so gentle that I did not swell at all and I am so utterly grateful and impressed by his gentleness and care. From the minute you walk in, you feel this office is different, everyone is happy and I appreciate them so much! ❤️ I highly recommend them, especially if you have had past dental trauma and need a gentle caring dentist. Thank you Dr. B for being so patient and so wonderful!

I’ve been going here for several years and couldn’t be happier with the care I receive. Dr. B is amazing, and Sura at the front desk, along with the rest of the staff, are always so kind and welcoming. What I appreciate most is how honest and transparent they are. I came here for a second opinion after another dentist told me I had 6 cavities. Dr. B took the time to show me exactly what he was seeing, and I only had 1 cavity! I never feel like they’re trying to sell me on unnecessary treatment. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for honest, trustworthy, and great dental care!

I’m honestly disappointed and saddened by my recent experience at this dental office. I came in for my cleaning and expected to also have my dental exam completed by the dentist. I chose this office because I wanted to feel like a valued patient and receive the attention and care that anyone seeking dental services should expect. Unfortunately, the dentist did not perform my exam because he was too busy. I understand that dental offices can get busy, but that shouldn’t come at the expense of patient care. When I schedule an appointment, I expect the services I was scheduled for to be provided and to feel that my time and concerns are important. I left feeling disappointed and like I was not a priority as a patient. Response: Thank you for your response. I understand and respect the need to protect patient privacy, which is why I did not include specific details regarding my care in my original review. My disappointment was with how the appointment was handled and how I felt as a patient during that experience. I came to the office with certain expectations based on what I was scheduled and told to expect, and I left feeling that my time and concerns were not treated with the priority I had hoped for. I appreciate that Dr. B ultimately gave me a referral. However, that does not change how the overall experience made me feel. A patient can receive the appropriate clinical recommendations and still feel disappointed by the communication, timing, and overall experience. My review was an honest reflection of my experience, not an attempt to discuss private medical information publicly. I shared it because I believe patient feedback is important and can hopefully help the office understand how an experience can feel from the patient’s perspective. I appreciate the offer to speak directly and hope the office can use my feedback constructively moving forward.
