I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Smith and Dr. Marshall. They were pleasant, kind, and incredibly skillful. I truly appreciated how efficient they were with time while still making me feel comfortable and well cared for. The office staff were warm, welcoming, and professional from the moment I walked in. The entire visit was smooth and positive—I highly recommend Smith Family Dentistry!

Dr.Smith waa very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and made me feel very comfortable. Her staff was great as well. I would highly recommend Dr. Smith to patients seeking dental care. I can't wait until my treatment plan is complete so I can show off my new smile.

I have dental insurance which this office would not accept. My insurance in good insurance offered through an employer. I had a dental assessment because my mouth was in pain. I have not been to a dentist in a long time as I have an avoidance to dental work. I was not told how long my dentist appointment would take but I assumed 1 hour to 1 & 1/2 hours. NOT!! I was in that chair for 3 hours!! The assistant was very delightful and kind. Dr. Joy-Smith was very thorough but her assessment of my dental work needed was wrong. I sought a second opinion from a very reputable dentist who did NOT agree with the assessment of work necessary. I specifically asked about the areas of work that Dr. Joy-Smith stated were required. Not close to the same. Additionally, Dr. Joy-Smith was going to charge me a total of $20,100.00 for all the work. My new dentist that accepts my very good insurance- my share of cost after billing my insurance is a total $6,000. My advice is get a second opinion. Do NOT pay the outrageous amount that Dr. Joy-Smith’s office charges. She quoted work that did NOT need to be done. Also was going to extract teeth that didn’t need to be extracted. Proceed with caution. She is very nice but get a second opinion.

Who really enjoys going to the dentist--I do. The office staff are kind, considerate and on their game. The dentists are TERRIFIC! I would highly recommend Dr. Smith and her team.

My visit with consultation and cleaning at Dr Andreas office was great I was pleasantly surprised with the wonderful staff,the appointment,and he thorough cleaning I received and the thorough explanation of the treatment needed. I look forward to my next appointment. I rate this practice 10 out of 10..
