DR. BRIAN ECK is the most conscientious and honest dentist in SAN ANTONIO. He truly cares about his patients and is conservative in his approach to dentistry. If there is a problem he takes care of it immediately. But, he won’t needlessly do a procedure unless it is a necessity. That is why I have been his patient for over 30 years.
