I've come to this Dental office three times and have left feeling that they had my best interest from the start. Dr. Taylor has true integrity and has a heart for her patients. Andrea the receptionist did an awesome job communicating and making sure I was able to get what I needed to finish my dental work. Will definitely be using them moving Forward and will recommend them to any and everyone.

Dr. Gayatri Pradhans is by far the best, nost friendly, professional and warm person you want scrapping, cleaning or just having major dental work done on your teeth. She isn’t condescending at all regardless of how poor your dental higine is. Dentists in the past make me feel horrible for not taking care of my teeth properly which made me stock going to the dentist all together for years. Until I found Dr. Gayatri Pradhans. Now I have little to no fear of going to the dentist.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this dental office. My appointment was scheduled for 8:40 AM, and I arrived early at 8:30 AM. While I was greeted politely at the front, I wasn’t seen by the doctor until 10:15 AM—nearly two hours later. When the doctor finally came in, she was very brief and impersonal, asking if I wanted my tooth removed. I said yes, if that was an option, but instead of moving forward, she said she would go see more patients and have the staff tell me the cost. At that point, I had already waited far too long with no clear answers or care, so I ended up walking out at 10:30 AM. This level of disregard for a patient’s time and well-being is completely unacceptable. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this office based on my experience. UPDATE: I’m updating my review because the office manager reached out to me personally and invited me back to see Dr. Pradhan the owner of the practice. Dr. Pradhan was incredibly polite, attentive, and thorough in explaining everything to me. This follow-up made a huge difference, and I’m grateful for how the situation was handled. I would definitely return to see the Dr. Pradhan again. Thank you for taking the time to make things right.

I had a wonderful experience. The staff was professional and very accommodating. The hygienist and Dentist exemplified a caring experience, explaining step by step the processes of my visit. The Business staff was polite and thorough. Overall. I was very pleased and will continue to have this office and its staff take care of my dental health. Thank you.

Dr. Gaya, Starr, Matthew, Dr. Taylor… really nice people, who are kind and understanding. I needed a procedure and I get anxious and dread mouth discomfort and pain. Everyone took such good care of me, were empathetic and made the entire experience a good one. Thank you 🫶🫶🫶
