a month agoI had a great experience at Grace Dental and plan to continue going there. My dental hygienist, Deion, was very professional, knowledgeable, and made the cleaning process smooth and comfortable. We updated my X-rays, checked on gum recession, and had a thorough cleaning. Dr. Chen came in at the end to review everything and provide a second opinion, which I appreciated. The clinic itself is very clean, and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment. I’m happy with the care and communication from the staff. I’d recommend Grace Dental to anyone looking for a reliable and well-run dental clinic.

a year agoI came In after seeing the great reviews for this office. I’m a resident of Fillmore so this place is within walking distance. Everyone was friendly and the establishment was neat and clean. Sandy helped with the screening and cleaning , she was gentle, attentive and knowledgeable. I appreciated that. Afterwards I met with Dr.Chang and he was real easy to talk to. I scheduled my next appointment smoothly with Michael at the front desk for my wisdom teeth extraction 🙃. I’ll be updating this post soon. New update , I was scheduled to get my wisdom teeth extracted. I received a call from Michael the receptionist and was informed my insurance will not cover the procedure. I told him to cancel the appointment. After the call ended I realized He never asked if I’d like to reschedule for my next cleaning . Guess I won’t be coming back here. Made me feel like it was all about the money.

2 months agoThe dentist "swung by" after my tooth cleaning and casually informed me that the fillings he did last year are now fractured—apparently due to non-existent teeth grinding. Then, within two minutes, he dropped the bombshell that I need an Invisalign mouthguard at night and walked away. WOAH, hold on! My fillings are fractured? That sounds pretty serious, right? I spent my entire savings getting this done last year. So, I requested that he come back. And when he did—huffing and puffing like I was inconveniencing him—he proceeded to gaslight me into believing I’m a tooth grinder in denial. Then, he marched right out. Really? Arrogant much? Not only am I never coming back, but I’m actively countering every positive review with my experience. By the way, I got a second opinion. That dentist actually asked me some questions and discovered that I have a habit of chewing extremely hard foods. She said that’s likely the real issue since I show no other symptoms of teeth grinding. Oh, and guess what? She didn’t try to sell me a $500 nighttime mouthguard. To the owners, admin, or whoever at Grace Dental Group: feel free to pass this along to your dentist. Man, all you had to do was ask a few questions about my habits and give me more than two minutes of your time. Now, you’ll never get another cent from me, and I’ll be sure to spread the word—both in your new neighborhood and online (where I originally found you on Reddit).

6 months agohands down the BEST dentist in the USA. Dr. Lee is my dental hero. I love how he doesn't aggressively sell unnecessary treatments. He also quickly helped me get going with Invisiline. Love it so far.
