I have been coming to WGD since 2015. I first saw Dr.Harvey and then Dr. Brian. When I first became a patient I was suffering from over 5 years of terrible pain and multiple root canals and subsequently needed multiple crowns and other small procedures after a long-term undiagnosed issue that turned out to be a jaw infection that Dr.Harvey identified within my first year there. When I needed re-treatment of old root canals they referred me to a wonderful specialist. Every treatment was done efficiently and the results were expert. Their onsite crown fabrication services and high tech equipment are wonderful. The new location is beautiful and they have all the latest scanning, cleaning and fabrication equipment you might need for basic and cosmetic dentistry. This past year I started seeing Dr. Brian and had some of my ugly front teeth replaced with a combo of cosmetic crowns and veneers...I am so so happy. He worked with the lab so they made the caps and veneers match perfectly and also took my feedback to heart, without making me feel like a burden or like I was ignorant and my desires didn't matter. My teeth now look fantastically natural, feel great and have boosted my confidence immensely. Thank you Dr Brian! I am unfortunately relocating and one of the the things I am going to miss most about living here is the dental care I receive. Jasmine and the entire front desk staff are wonderful and worked with me to understand my timeline for treatment given my impending move and I am very thankful for all their communication and kindness. They use a combo of automated and text system which make communicating about appointments and being contacted about billing so simple! I cannot recommend them enough. We all know dental treatments are expensive so at least get some good results! Try them out - I can almost guarantee you won't be disappointed. A visit to the dentist is something most people dread, but Willow Glen Dental makes the experience pleasant, painless, and convenient with its state of the art equipment. I have been a long time patient and have been very pleased with the professionalism and skill of the staff. I’m most impressed by getting a perfectly fitted crown made while you wait…the advantage of them having the latest technology in dentistry.

I highly reccomend Dr Douglas Kong to be your dentist. Since 1990 ( that is 35 years!) my family and I have been seeing Dr Douglas Kong for our dental care. I was referred to him by an MD “because he is gentle”. He is truly gentle in his demeanor and in performing dental procedures.He explains procedures in a friendly gentle manner prior to performing a procedure and during the procedure as neccessary. I totally trust his judgment and referrals to outside specialists if needed. His practice uses the internet to pre fill out forms before arriving and asks you to come15 min in advance of your appointment. Dr Kong is punctual as his patients who arrive early. I like that when starting in his practice or over time you are asked discreetly if you would like to continue to seeing the dental hygenist or need to try a different one. I like my hygenist, Karina because she is very thorough in cleaning my teeth and notes my preferences from before such as not lowering my head flat in the chair. In the individual exam room and in front of you there is a very large x ray of your teeth which is gone over by the hygenist and Dr. Kong. A screen up on the ceiling is streaming a distracting gentle noise so your aches or anxieties are not your total focus. I recieve any pertinent teaching from the hygenist, Karina at the end of my cleaning. The front office staff is professional and helpful. The practice does ask that you arrive 15 min before your appointment time and you have prefilled your electronic doccuments. Dr Kong likes to be punctual. If I were to run a little late I call to notify the office. I never have been kept waiting a long time for my appointment and am given an update ( emergency dental care..) if necessary. But I have learned best not to be late for an appointment. But that is just me : ) Go see Dr. Douglas Kong is my recommendation.

They are very professional and expert in what they do. I had 2 1/2 hour session with Dr. French today to remove a bridge in my mouth and she did an excellent job. I have always had terrific service of all kinds at Willow Glen Dental and highly recommend them to anyone.
