This is the best dentist I've ever been to. The office is bright with natural light, and the rooms all have windows with views of the city. The administrative team is flexible and responsive to calls and texts. The hygienists are gentle, efficient, and really thorough. And the doctor is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in thinking through options for dental care. Highly recommend for everyone, and maybe especially for people who have fears about dental work.

I’ve been going to K St Dental for over 10 years. The service is always great and customer oriented. Elizabeth, at the front desk, was very helpful. I was running late and she found another appointment for the same day. The work of the dentists are phenomenal and I’ve never had a complaint. Stephanie, the hygienist, was great and gentle. As you can imagine, I really appreciated her for that. Overall, I would recommend anyone to change where they are and start utilizing K St Dental services.

An Exceptional Dental Experience at K St Dental I’ve had consistently outstanding experiences at K St Dental over the years, and I’m truly grateful for the high-quality care and professionalism shown by every member of the team. From routine visits to completing my Invisalign treatment, the level of attention and expertise has been incredible. Everyone at the office genuinely cares about your oral health and goes above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and confident in your care. Thanks to K St Dental, I now have a smile I’m proud of! If you’re looking for a trustworthy, skilled, and welcoming dental practice in DC, I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you again to the entire team—you’ve truly made a difference!

While the front office team is generally polite, I experienced multiple serious issues as a patient here: Crown work that led to surgery – My crowns were replaced without proper care. According to my endodontist (who had just scanned them the day before), there should not have been any issue. Their work ultimately led me to need dental surgery. Unprofessional and unqualified staff involvement – more of the procedure was handled by a dental assistant rather than the dentist. In fact, the dentist seemed to be rushing through tasks and kept rotating in and out. One assistant even poorly placed my temporary crown instead of the doctor (I told her it was not comfortable while still in the chair and she didn’t care) ; it broke, and I couldn’t get hold of the clinic for help for 2 weeks. Pressure to only use their services – I filed a complaint with the VA about being pressured to use their in-house services. When my permanent crown was placed, the dentist rushed in and out without checking comfort or fit. The tooth is now painful, and I have to restart the process because of their lack of professionalism. Other problems include: Being given a poorly made mouthguard that doesn’t fit (my current dental office confirmed it must be remade from scratch) so they can claim VA reimbursement. Terrible parking and limited office hours. A building that has been under construction for far too long. Overall, this clinic shows a lack of professionalism, relies heavily on untrained assistants instead of properly trained dental physicians, and fails to ensure patient well-being. I would not return and cannot recommend this office to others. I have passed on my recommendations to the VA as no veteran should have to deal with a clinic this poorly managed. A lot of the reviews seemed to be from fake patients to attract more revenue which is not uncommon in DC apparently .
