I went for my first patient visit and saw Kayla, Jenelle, and Dr. Roy (and Susan at the front desk). That was the most thorough dentist appointment I’ve ever had, woah. Woah in a really good way. (I was wondering why the first appointment was 2 hours! Very worth it.) Everyone was incredibly friendly, personable, intelligent, and on time. Somehow they were still engaging in conversation on their later work day of the week. The office has high-tech equipment, yet they didn’t try to sell me a $500 mouthguard at the end. A great first visit. Thank you to the team who took extra time to meet my particular needs and questions.

My dentist first saw me and said I had beautiful teeth and no cavities. Waited about 20 minutes for the hygienist to start. Didn’t know a routine cleaning (which I’m always anxious going to the dentist) was going to end up being over 2 hrs, painful, street parking only and X-rays done before and after my appt. Not only did it take long, but now I had to worry about a parking ticket on top of it all. Surprisingly, they want to see me in 3 months…I go twice a year already. Now in 3 months? Sounds like they need to pay some bills. During my exam, she also noticed my brows were microbladed…she said, if I was interested, she could refer me to her gal who does an excellent job. Very unprofessional. I’ve been going to this dentist for over 15 years and now may find a new one just because of the bad experience with the hygienist.

I have been a patient here for 2 years now and have always had a wonderful experience! Their staff is so friendly and welcoming. I’ve had a cavity and crown and the work was exceptional and they followed up afterwards to make sure I was feeling okay. Couldn’t recommend this place more.

Dr. Roy is an excellent dentist. He has a fun spirit and is very kind and caring. He takes the time to listen, is patient with me and my particular needs. He explain things thoroughly, and provides personalized care. He’s done my crown, his hygienist has done my deep cleanings, and all of my general dentistry, under Dr. Roy's guide. I couldn’t be happier with the results. I'm smiling now! I’ve been to other dentists before, but no one compares to Dr. Roy. He truly goes above and beyond for his patients, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist with great skill and genuine kindness. Fantastic staff as well. You'll see when you get here!

Caring genuine staff who go out of their way to be sure tour dental care is exceptional, not just good, exceptional!!! Dr even accessible by personal text after hours if needed for pre op post op and pain management. And when my stitches started to loosen, I was worked in to have them removed a few days before my appointment! Have I mentioned exceptional? Thanks Metropolitan Dental!
