2 weeks agoI called last minute after breaking a a tooth and they got me in to be seen immediately. The staff and dentists were all professional and knowledgeable on their craft. I was worried not being from the Denver area here only for business but was so pleased with their work it made me want to consider changing dental offices. The staff ensured I was comfortable and they took the time to answer and explain any questions I asked. Thanks again!!

a month agoThe staff are so lovely, Dr. Roy and my hygienist Willie are just the best. I’ve been going to Metropolitan Dental Care for 6 years now and can’t speak highly enough of the service they offer. I can tell the other patients are happy too because I often hear laughter and happy chatter from other rooms. It’s a nice facility, too.

a month agoDr. Roach has it all. SO impressed with her professionalism, efficiency & warmth. From the front desk to the hygienists… everyone is so caring. We moved out of state a couple of years ago, came back to visit family, needed emergency care & they didn’t miss a beat. Metropolitan Dental is well connected to the best specialists in the area and they had me taken care of in record time. I cannot say enough about this group.

a week agoUpdating because the office manager contacted me and is actively working on helping me resolve this issue. Her concern and kindness were evident. I want to start off by saying Linda the hygienist was absolutely lovely and wonderful. However, the billing department has been an absolute nightmare to deal with, and is outright impossible to contact. I am so disappointed, because I truly thought I found the best dentist in the world. I have called and left a voicemail 3 days in a row to try and take care of a charge for my routine dental cleaning that should be covered by insurance. When I went into the office, I was told by the front desk that all they can do is collect a payment from me, or I’ll have to wait from a call back from the billing department. I’ve cancelled my upcoming appointment because this issue from 4 months ago is still unresolved, and has caused a significant amount of stress. I just want to get this resolved, but no one is willing to help.

a month agoI’m a new patient but this visit was hands-down the most fun I’ve ever had at the dentist thanks to my dental hygienist Jenelle!! I’m usually very nervous about going to the dentist and have put it off for years, but when I came in yesterday Jenelle had me laughing the entire time and completely eased my nerves. She not only did a great job cleaning my teeth but walked me through the entire process in clear terms I could understand, and gave me lots of information and instructions at home for flossing etc that I now feel committed to following. The office vibe is also so nice and fun, great decor and super fun upbeat music. I’m already looking forward to my next cleaning!
