Booking my appointment was simple and stress-free, and the moment I walked in I was greeted with the warmest welcome. The whole team truly goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Dr. Hall is outstanding—so knowledgeable, thorough, and kind. Lindsey, my hygienist, was fantastic and made my cleaning feel effortless. And Johnny (who did my x-rays and imaging) was equally professional, friendly, and made the whole process a breeze. I also really appreciate how transparent they were about pricing and insurance—it gave me total peace of mind. The office itself is beautiful, with the most comfortable dentist chairs I’ve ever sat in, and I was so impressed by the latest technology they use. Honestly, I never thought I’d find a dental office as cool as my last dentist in Phoenix, but Espire Dental has exceeded all of my expectations. I’m actually looking forward to my next cleaning! Espire Dental has a fantastic team! Dr. Mac is the absolute best and is amazing with patients, always educates as well to where I can understand anything they may need to do. I feel comfortable and like they truly care about my comfort when I’m there. They’re always making sure you’re okay during procedure and not in any pain, this was a huge fear of mine given how anxious I am about the dentist. Highly recommend for anyone!

The dentists and hygienists are great to work with and honestly I really wanted to continue going here. My office is within a few blocks and the dental experience is great. Unfortunately Espire Riverfront has very opaque and misleading billing practices that lead to surprise bills weeks or even months after your appointment and initial payments. These amounts have lead to almost doubling the total amount paid and leaving me extremely frustrated. If I could give 5 stars for the dental experience I would but I am leaving this practice purely because of the front office / billing experience. Based on the prior low-star reviews their front office may comment saying they do their best to have clear and detailed billing explanations; they do not. Having had this experience one time prior I even gave them the benefit of the doubt. Ahead of and following my appointment I confirmed with them what my billing total would be and it was not even close with the total ending up at 193% of what they originally told me. Additionally, I had a phone call with their lead billing manager and it was very aggressively explained that this must be a patient understanding issue rather than a Riverfront issue. If you are actually interested to see what patients experience, don't review the 5 star reviews but look at a few of the low star reviews for what happens when the billing goes wrong and they make no effort to do better.

The building is beautiful and spotless, and I was greeted right away, which made me feel welcomed immediately. Since I completed my paperwork online ahead of time, I didn’t need to interact much with the front desk—just a quick check-in before I was called back just a few minutes after walking in. I met with Dr. Mac, who was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and had a warm, infectious smile that instantly put me at ease. She took the time to go over my dental history and asked thoughtful questions about my specific concerns, making it clear that she truly cares about her patients’ comfort and long-term care. She has a calm, reassuring energy and a way of explaining things that made everything easy to understand. I felt like I was in expert hands from the moment we started talking. Sara, the hygienist, was just as kind and personable. It was honestly one of the quickest and most comfortable cleanings I’ve ever had—she has a very gentle touch and made sure I felt at ease the entire time. Coming from a holistic dentist, I was happy to see that Sara was already familiar with some of the natural treatments I use and had even been researching one of them. We had a thoughtful conversation about my oral care routine, and she expressed interest in possibly incorporating those treatments at Espire in the future. It meant a lot that she went beyond the typical cleaning and fluoride routine and was clearly knowledgeable and open-minded. This will definitely be my dental office moving forward. I truly enjoyed my visit and highly recommend Espire Dental to anyone looking for professional, compassionate, and forward-thinking care.
