I recently moved to Seattle and I was looking for a dentist that was in my plan and I do read ratings/reviews . so I went to Seattle sound downtown Seattle and I love it!!!!! Some of the reviews stated that the office staff was not polite. I think they’re amazing. They were nice I’m very helpful with explaining their process and everything Then I met the doctor and he is awesome personality. Nice demeanor just very caring he listens you know and he explained the process and what would need to be done for a crown and everything. I even told my son that this dentist is great so he’s gonna look him up too👍🏼😉

Was it the licorice? Or the fudge? Or the aggressive holiday flossing? What ever it was, the Crown on my back tooth. Called after work hours and left a message. They got back to me right away. And got me in the next day. So easy. Everyone in the office is friendly, efficient and professional.

Horrible experience! The secretary is rude and intimidating! I went there only because I was seeing another doctor in that same building. The doctor himself is nice! However, the whole experience with this office is not worth the money and the nightmare afterwards. You pay for everything they tell you to pay for before you leave their office just to learn years later...that apparently you somehow owe them something... but it's too late because they already sued you and now the initial insignificant amount that you didn't know you owe them has quadrupled because they sued you (legal fees for court hearing you didn't know you had, no opportunity to defend yourself in anyway) and you receive a letter with court decision to put lien on your already very small paycheck. Just be aware of them practicing dishonestly, and be aware that even after you paid for everything that they told you to pay for there will be more that they will want you to pay. Just be aware of the possibility of this scenario. There are better dental offices out there thank God!

I had a mixed experience here. The staff were unclear about the actual costs, and I left unsure what I might be billed later. A friend who recommended this office ended up receiving surprise bills many months after her visit, which makes me nervous that the same could happen to me. I wish their pricing and insurance communication were more transparent up front. I had X-rays done and everything I was told looked great...a week later I had severe pain in one of my teeth that supposedly looked good on the x-ray and now I need a root canal. I'll have it done some place else now.

Great dental office. I loved the hygienist. Normally my whole body tenses up for the entirety of my cleaning but not here. Dr Tanner was prompt, friendly and good at explaining things. I’m very glad to have found a new dentist in Seattle - and the view isn’t bad either!
