Dr. Desai and her staff are always pleasant and great to be around. Dale is very efficient when cleaning your teeth and is quick to make sure you are comfortable during the whole process. I have recently switched to Refresh Smiles from my dentist of over at least 8 years and I can honestly say I love the smaller more personal atmosphere the best.

I just love them. It started with a phone call setting up the appointment. I had the pleasure to speak with Ms. Karen. Ms. Karen has this pleasant voice that made me intrigued to come to the office just to meet her. She definitely set the energy and the staff confirmed how welcoming they are. Following my appointment, the assistant and Dr. Mita we’re amazing!!! Dr. Mita was so sincere and honest. So honest that she advised me to go to another dentist due to their specialty for my situation and refunded my money for the visit. That very much so speaks volume. It’s another young lady at the front desk I believe her name is Christine(if not my apologies). She was also pleasant and professional. They are highly recommended. They won’t disappoint!!!

I love Dr. Desai. She is very knowledgeable, affordable and has a great attitude. The environment is always so welcoming, starting with Ms. Karen at the front desk. She is so sweet and kind. Dale is amazing as well. I've never had a complaint about Dr. Desai or her team. I am a forever customer!

My family and I have been coming to Dr. desai for an over a year. I appreciate the attentiveness and kindness of the receptionists as well as their impecable timing in our visits. I don’t wait long from the time my appointment is scheduled to be seen. I’ve had major dental work done with them (and throughout my life) and feel as though they genuinely have my best interest in mind in terms of care and pricing. 10/10 would recommend.

Dr. Desai took the time to explain everything clearly and Allison was gentle and thorough throughout the cleaning. The office was clean, modern, and well organized, and I never felt rushed.
