Roach Family Dentistry provides a white glove experience on all counts. I felt welcomed, cared about, and tended to from the moment I walked in the door. Every staff member clearly takes pride in their work and is a committee team player. The staff were knowledge, helpful, and professional while still providing warm and friendly southern hospitality! I also appreciate that the office provides an in-house dental insurance plan. Convenient location, too.
Roach Family Dentistry & Associates is a great dentistry if you want to get your teeth done. They’ve always taken care of my family’s teeth worth every penny. Dr. Ahmad does really good work, quick and painless. They do great service and great customer care. Always will recommend them to choose as your dentistry!
This experience was first class in all respects. The staff was welcoming, professional, and efficient. The facility. and environment were very clean and well appointed. My doctor and assistant (Christine) could not have been more accommodating helpful in their assessment and recommendations.
I had such a great experience at Roach Family Dentistry & Associates! Chelsea, the hygienist, was incredibly kind and respectful, and Christine, the assistant, made me feel so comfortable the whole time. Dr. Cabler was wonderful as well they all helped calm my nerves, and I never once felt judged. I’ve always been anxious about going to the dentist, but I finally found a place that makes me feel completely at ease. Highly recommend! 👍🏽
LOVE LOVE LOVE this place 🥰👏🏽 20/10 experience as a new patient at Roach Family Dentistry! Not to sound dramatic but, I’m huge on great customer service and professional attitudes and I have to say, it was beyond my expectations. The staff was so welcoming, sweet, and even gave me a quick tour of the dentistry before guiding me to my room to be seen. Communication was TOP TIER! I love a peaceful and energetic atmosphere and that’s what it gave. I would recommend this place to all my friends and co workers. It was quick and such a stressless process. Such great care when it comes to caring for their patients. Already have another appointment scheduled! I just want to say, I appreciate the staff and dentist that took care of me and being so so kind and understanding. ~ Terri B. 🫶🏽
