I was a new patient at Roach family dentistry today and was very happy with my care. Parking was easy to find behind the building. The check in process was smooth and friendly. The hygienist was competent and thorough and communicated clearly. The dentist reviewed everything and examined my mouth and I felt well taken care of. The office seemed clean, organized, and well run. I plan to return in 6 months.
This office is THE BEST OFFICE..not just the front or the gifts or the tour of the marvelous business. Every level of it was spectacular. You know you have been careed for in every single way. I will go back and even with my complex situation, they handled with extra special care. Just go see see for yourself.😍🥰🥰🥰🥰🤩🤩🤩
Today was my first visit was a experience that I have never experienced with a dentist office before. They welcomed me in with open arms. They took me to a room and had me a welcome gift ready for me. They came in and listen to my concerns. They provided the best option and treatment plan for me. I highly recommend Roach Family Denistry to anyone.
Had such a great experience here ! Two of my wisdom teeth were causing me a lot of pain so I booked a same day appointment to get checked out , they did some X-rays and told me to come back in a couple hours so they could pull them ! I was immediately seen both time I was there and the whole procedure only took about 10 minutes. All of the staff were so friendly and made me feel very welcomed ! I went ahead and booked my next cleaning with them and my boyfriend did as well !
My second visit with Roach Family Dentistry today. Just as outstanding as the first. Sam was extremely thorough in my cleaning experience and made great recommendations to me for good future outcomes. I look forward to continuing my relationship with the Roach Family Dentistry group.
