I have had the best customer experience I've ever had at a dentist at Roach Family Dentistry. From the moment I arrived to the moment I signed my treatment plan, the team was courteous, attentive, communicative, and interested in my needs. Their spaces and decor are welcoming and soothing, and their investments in technology made what I've always known to be a protracted and often painful first visit into a quick and easy interaction. I can't recommend them highly enough.
Roach Family Dental is effective, efficient, and recommended! The staff was friendly and answered all questions diligently, and I was surprised to learn that hygienists were in direct communication with admin members via radio, which reflected their care for efficiency and attention to detail... which I care about when people have their hands in my mouth. Speaking of, Sam, my hygienist of many years, is still fantastic, professional, caring, and cool. She effects rooms and teeth the same... by brightening them with her light energy. Dr. Cabler was quick, gentle, and personable, which was great. I highly recommend!!
I’m a 60 year old woman who’s had horrible experiences with my teeth. I had a crown fall off and went to Dr. Roach‘s office last minute. I had the most amazing experience. I looked forward to going back. Everyone in that office is so attentive and kind And gifted in their work of choice. The technology there is something I have never seen. I am so happy I changed dentist and I know anybody who goes to this practice will be extremely happy. Thank you, Dr. Roach and everybody who works for you, actually with you! it’s an incredible team of talented hard-working people!
Not only was I a total Nervous Nelly when it came to going to the dentist—but now I actually love going!
The team at Roach Family Dentistry is truly one of a kind. They take the time to talk you through every step, which really helps calm my nerves and build trust. Their care, patience, and professionalism are unmatched. None compare to the experience and comfort I’ve found here!
I love family roach dentistry! Carly cleans my teeth quickly, efficiently, and comfortably. Dr Riggs is the awesome and helps ensue my smile is the best it can be! Love the roach family staff - can’t recommend enough!
