My experience with this dental practice has been consistently exceptional. Despite residing nearly an hour away, I willingly make the drive to Malone and Costa because the caliber of care, professionalism, and expertise provided by the staff and doctors far outweighs the distance. A series of events brought me to their doors, and I have not looked back since. Their unwavering commitment to patient-centered service, coupled with their clinical excellence, makes each visit worthwhile.

Came for a consultation for missing teeth. First Impression everyone I dealt with on the phone was professional and knowledgeable. Hard to find these days. Then arriving at the office it was clean and just had a great all around vibe. Met with Dr Costa and did a preliminary X-ray. Then he spent the time to explain my options and answer any questions I had. You can tell when someone is actually engaged with you or just going through the motions. He was fully engaged and excited about what we talked about. Also very confident as well which put me at ease. Confident not cocky I should emphasize which is also hard to find these days. You can truly tell he loves what he does and helping people feel confident in their own smiles. I have a long journey to go with this process but I am excited to take it with the team at Knoxville smiles. Will be posting more as we go.

Knoxville smiles is an awesome place to go, it all started with the front desk staff they were all pleasant, very helpful With the signing in process, and when you go into the back to get ready to see the dentist, the other staff were absolutely phenomenal, I saw Dr. Costa he explained the whole procedure to me, was very patient when I was asking questions and told me all about the procedure with the dental implants He was very thorough in giving me all the information that I was meeting to have. Everyone there from the front desk to the doctors to the people that make the implant. Very nice had a very nice smile on their face and very pleasant to be able to Talk to. And then when we were leaving, they were very helpful and said that if I had any other questions that I could feel free to call Help me finding out about the solution to my questions. I will highly highly Knoxville smiles.

I needed a new dentist upon moving back to Knoxville and found this place through recommendations. They were truly wonderful! I have dental anxiety and started to get anxious during my cleaning, and Lacy was so understanding and kind to me. Dr. Costa was also very kind and offered a non invasive technique to help reverse some beginning cavities instead of just going in to drill them immediately, which I truly appreciate as an already anxious dental patient. I didn’t notice while in there, but when I left I was shocked at how clean my teeth looked. I don’t know if they’ve ever looked better after leaving a dentist!
