I had my first visit at Knoxville Smiles and the experience was incredible! From the moment I walked in, the front desk made me feel welcome and at ease. My dental hygienist, Rebekah, was fantastic. She explained everything clearly and made the cleaning process super comfortable. I also met Dr. Costa and Dr. Malone, who both took the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. Their professionalism and friendly approach really stood out and gave me confidence that my dental care is in great hands. Overall, the entire team went above and beyond. I can honestly say this was the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I’m actually looking forward to my next visit which is something I never thought I’d say about going to the dentist! Just moved to East TN from North VA where we had already experienced EMS GBT Airflow for our cleanings, as such had already narrowed our desired dental team to Knoxville Smiles. However we had not begun that transition to a new dentist. As Murphy would have it I had a dental emergency. K'ville Smiles was able to get me the VERY next day - would have been same day except I was on the way back from vacation. Team was the most caring and diligent I have ever dealt with - look no further. And if you don't understand why we insist on EMS GBT Airflow from our new dental provider - search it, once you experience it you will never let a hygienist put a pick axe in your mouth again!

Best place ever! I have spent many years and money on my smile. They were able to give me a movie star smile!!! Very easy and no pain. I love going to the dentist now. Everyone is so nice and professional, plus they make you feel like a friend or family. Really can’t say enough good things about them. Love them all❤️

I switched to this practice due to an unfortunate experience at another dentist. They handled my situation with care, took the time to truly understand where my head was at in order to treat me. Smiles at Malone & Costa Dentistry was highly recommended by great friends. I now highly recommend them as well.

I am halfway through the process of dental implants and left the office today scared for the first time. I was promised they would work with me through the whole process to ensure I would be included in the process of making sure my implants looked as natural to my real teeth as possible including color. My second set is grey in appearance and bottom looks nothing like what was approved. Very “fake” in appearance compared to original plan. Very disappointed and they were unwilling to re-do bottom because it was not permanent set. This varies greatly from my original consultation and assurance that I would be included in every decision about the “look” . This is a big, big financial decision and once they have your money I am afraid their attitudes and treatment does a 360. Shocking. At this point I feel helpless and completely not included in the process anymore. I knew something was out of line today when I was not even shown the implants beforehand and the dental assistant’s first words when I got the mirror was about the color difference. My heart went to my feet when I opened and smiled. My bottom implants are all over the place and uneven. I compared to look of my last they just took out and they were nothing alike in appearance. I am still shocked at the unwillingness to re-do bottom at a $44,000 price tag. There should have been no hesitation if I was not satisfied. I am taking away the feeling that because it was only going to be a 6 week turnover that I should not be worrying and make due. This is 6 weeks of Holiday time where you want to smile freely without people noticing and biting my lip constantly. Please take your time and really get those answers and assurances before spending your money. I wish I had got more assurances on paper.
