I love going to Dr. Malone’s office. Very flexible in scheduling, very competent - from cleaning to minor fillings to major dental work. Consultative approach, discusses pros and cons and offers options. Keeps current on technology offerings/advances that improve results, speed up work and or reduce discomfort. And the entire staff is very courteous.

From check in to check out it was an amazing experience. I drive 9 hours round trip to come here because the people and work they do is that good. Everyone treats you well and the technology they use to do cleanings and other procedures is top of the line. Facility is extra clean. Cannot say enough about the experience. Even though it is the dentist, it’s nice to go somewhere that treats you well and cares. Thanks!

Let me say first and foremost they have the best team. All of them were great and answered all of my many many questions even prior to my appointment. I went to my 1st appointment and was terrified that I wouldn’t be able to get my teeth fixed and truly was concerned I wouldn’t have options that were right for me. That was not the case at all. Dr. Acosta was absolutely the best I have ever seen. He explained everything and all my options in plain words that I understood. I’m looking forward to seeing the end results. I would highly recommend this office if you want great service and you can see from the start what can be done. I have been a patient with Dr Malone and Dr Costa for almost 5 years. I have now also seen some of the new dental staff. From the dentists, the office staff, to the hygienist , they are all so very kind and compassionate. I think I have had close to every procedure they do done in their office!! I started off with cleanings , then on to crowns, Invisalign , composite veneers, and implant surgery. To say I’m a BIG BABY at the dentist is an understatement! I can honestly say everything I have had done, they make sure I am comfortable . They also have such updated technology and do such great procedures , I go home with little to no discomfort. I very rarely do reviews but they truly deserve recognition. In a world that can seem so hard right now, having someone treat you with an act of kindness goes a very long way!! Knoxville Smiles is the BEST!!!! Dr. Malone and his staff are AMAZING! They have the best staff along with all the up-to-date equipment for all your needs. Dr. Malone is excellent and loves his work and especially making his patients feel comfortable and look fabulous! Plus, my Oral Hygienist, Isabella, is the most incredibly knowledgeable woman I’ve ever known in her field She is an expert and she’s just so gentle and cares about people and their hygiene.
