2 weeks agoHenderson Mill Dental Care is a true community gem! The office is modern, relaxing, and doesn’t feel like a typical dental office at all. More importantly, the doctors and team genuinely care and always treat you like a person (I might even say family), and not just an appointment. They explain everything clearly and make you feel comfortable every step of the way. Because it’s a small, practice that does great work, appointments can be a bit limited, but if you schedule ahead, it’s usually no issue. They’re also great about offering a waitlist for earlier openings. Totally worth the wait and highly recommend.

From the moment you walk into their beautiful, welcoming office, you can feel how much they value patient comfort and care. They consistently go above and beyond to make sure every dental need is addressed and that patients feel heard, respected, and well taken care of. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional dental care.

Their team is also amazing and try to continuously take care of the patients. I have been with this office for several several years and would highly recommend them. They are worth the wait if you want quality care!

a year agoUpdated Review My first visit was over three months ago, and I’m still waiting to be scheduled for a cleaning despite being told it would happen "as soon as possible." On top of that, I’ve been receiving bills even though I paid in full during my visit. The billing process is incredibly confusing and frustrating. When I initially booked, I specifically asked about what services were covered by my insurance. However, during the appointment, they performed a service that my insurance doesn’t cover. While I understand this office has great reviews (which is why I chose them), I didn’t expect to deal with so much miscommunication and paperwork. Previously The dental office is very friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, there are a few drawbacks. For new patients, the initial visit doesn't include a cleaning—you’ll need to schedule a second appointment for that. Unfortunately, scheduling is quite difficult; I still haven’t been able to book my follow-up. Additionally, the wait times were quite long. I waited for the hygienist to take X-rays, then for the dentist to arrive, and finally for the coordinator to help schedule my next visit. My entire appointment ended up taking almost two hours.

a month agoAs soon as I entered the office I felt welcomed and appreciated. The staff was excellent and caring about my safety and comfort. Dr Upton is friendly, thoughtful and thorough. I had an excellent first visit and look forward to a successful treatment plan.
