Updated Review My first visit was over three months ago, and I’m still waiting to be scheduled for a cleaning despite being told it would happen "as soon as possible." On top of that, I’ve been receiving bills even though I paid in full during my visit. The billing process is incredibly confusing and frustrating. When I initially booked, I specifically asked about what services were covered by my insurance. However, during the appointment, they performed a service that my insurance doesn’t cover. While I understand this office has great reviews (which is why I chose them), I didn’t expect to deal with so much miscommunication and paperwork. Previously The dental office is very friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, there are a few drawbacks. For new patients, the initial visit doesn't include a cleaning—you’ll need to schedule a second appointment for that. Unfortunately, scheduling is quite difficult; I still haven’t been able to book my follow-up. Additionally, the wait times were quite long. I waited for the hygienist to take X-rays, then for the dentist to arrive, and finally for the coordinator to help schedule my next visit. My entire appointment ended up taking almost two hours.

I had such a great experience at Henderson Mill Dental Care! From the moment I walked in, everyone was so kind and professional, and the office is absolutely beautiful and spotless. Dr. Uetsuki was amazing—he has such a great bedside manner, was quick but thorough, but never made me feel rushed. He took his time, answered all my questions, and even left space for me to ask anything else. He made everything feel easy and comfortable. If you’re looking for a great dental office, this is the one. Highly recommend!

Wow they are amazing from the receptionist and specially, I want to mention Ashley I think her last name is Fisher my hygienist she is amazing. She is very professional very polite. She knows how to comfort a patient. I used to be very nervous to come to a dentist office but Ashley made me very comfortable I didn’t feel anything she is the best and my Doctor . My daughter & I have been a patient for over four years! The entire team is AMAZING! Ms. Charlotte (front desk) is always pleasant and every hygienist has always been kind. Dr Uetsuki has been awesome! I highly recommend Henderson Mill Dental Care.

I have been with this dentist office since I was a kid and continue to drive across town several years later because of their excellence in patient care. Their staff is phenomenal and a lot of them have been there several years which speaks volumes to me as a medical professional myself. Dr. Uetsuki is truly the best and makes time to get to know his patients. I cannot recommend them enough!
