Great Office, But Scheduling and Wait Times Need Improvement The dental office is very friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, there are a few drawbacks. For new patients, the initial visit doesn't include a cleaning—you’ll need to schedule a second appointment for that. Unfortunately, scheduling is quite difficult; I still haven’t been able to book my follow-up. Additionally, the wait times were quite long. I waited for the hygienist to take X-rays, then for the dentist to arrive, and finally for the coordinator to help schedule my next visit. My entire appointment ended up taking almost two hours.

I had an appointment with Dr. Upton, he was very nice and made me feel comfortable. He is a excellent doctor. Janelle helped me a lot and took the time to help me and I appreciated it. She helped me with making my appointment and insurance issues when i came in the office. My treatment plan was more than i could afford but Janelle found a way for me to get my treatment gone in a way it was manageable for me. She made me feel like she really cared. I love this office and I will refer everybody !

Dr. Upton was absolutely amazing with my daughter! He was so patient with Jo and made her feel completely at ease. Dr. Upton even gave her a shot without her realizing it. It was incredible to watch. The process of completing her filing was quick and seamless. I truly appreciate his care and professionalism. Thank you, Dr. Upton!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience. I had been putting off going to the dentist due to a past bad experience, but the pain in my tooth had become too much to bear. Thankfully, they were able to get me in early and from the moment I walked in the door, I felt at ease. The entire staff was incredibly personable and kind, taking the time to understand my anxiety and make me feel comfortable. They explained everything they were doing and answered all of my questions, making me feel like I was in control of my own dental care. I left feeling so grateful for the level of care I received and would highly recommend this dentist office to anyone, especially those who may be anxious about dental visits. I have been coming to Henderson Mill Dental Care for years and have always had the most pleasant experience. The service is reliable, professional, and also very personable as well. I would highly recommend them to any and everybody. They are amazing!
