I’m so glad I found this dentist after basically a year or so looking for a dentist. I finally got recommended to this one and I just can’t say enough about them. They are caring, They tend to your needs very friendly I highly recommend them. 😁

I regret going to this place. A year or so ago, I got crowns that I ultimately don't know if I needed. The work performed was horrible, and I ended up having to pull one of the teeth because it smelled horrible and never felt right; I always had sensitivity and pain. I got my money I paid back from them, but it was too little, too late. They offered to give me a root canal, which I had to pay for, basically they didn't own their mistakes. Long story short, the crown was never done right and on top they left a hole in the tooth and a hole in between the crown. Don't be fooled for the little wheel they have or at least had when I went, offering you a prize when you spin the wheel if you leave a good review. I'll report them to the dental board which i regret not doing before.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Dr. Alejandro San Jorge’s dental team. I have been a loyal patient for almost 20 years, but recently had the unfortunate experience of missing a cleaning appointment. I mistakenly thought my appointment was on Friday when it was actually on Thursday. As soon as I realized my error, I immediately called the office to explain. To my surprise, I was told I would be charged a $50 no-show fee. While I understand the importance of policies, all I asked for was a small gesture of courtesy, given my long-standing relationship with the practice. I was told that waiving the fee was not possible due to corporate policy. This response left me feeling that, after almost two decades of trust and loyalty, the human element of patient care has been lost. It seems that since Dr. San Jorge joined this new practice, the focus has shifted more toward strict policies than fostering the relationships he once built with his patients. While I do not wish any harm to the doctor or his team, it’s clear that they prioritize profit over long-term patient loyalty. As a result, I have decided to take my business elsewhere. I hope that, in the future, the practice might reconsider how they balance policy with customer care.

I started going to this dentist a few years ago, and due to some obstacles I had to stop for a while. Coming back earlier this year was extremely smooth and the staff did everything to help accommodate me. I’ve gotten cleanings done, root canals done and even fillings, and all were handled with care and attention. The staff were super supportive during the procedures as well checking in with me to make sure all was going well. I’m sort of terrified of the dentist but they made it the best experience ever. When it came to payments, they heard me out about my struggles and worked with me as much as possible after finding a solution, I was more than thankful for their help. All of the staff from the reception desk to the inner corners of this office are professional, caring and love their job. I will be continuing to come back in the future and fully recommend their services to any and everyone!

My visit to the dental team office was a pleasure. My appointment started right on time and I was seen for my procedure right away. The entire process was seamless.
