Dr. Harris is the best By far, she of the smoothest and knowledgeable Dr's around. She is painless. Nice and gentle. Her staff are the "Avengers" of dental care.

I have bad dental anxiety and my most recent visit was a good experience. Even though there were a lot of people in the waiting room, I was greeted by the receptionist as soon as I walked in. I didn’t wait long at all after check-in before my name was called. Ryan was the dental hygienist assigned to me. He is friendly, customer service oriented, and very knowledgeable. I appreciate him explaining everything to me, including what tools he was using, because it definitely helped me be less anxious. I have recommended and will continue to recommend Natomas Crossing Dental to family and friends.

I’ve never been a big fan of going to the dentist, but Natomas Crossing totally changed my mind. My first two visits (a check-up and two fillings) were by far the best experiences I’ve had. The building and rooms are immaculate, the staff is very friendly and welcoming, and the visits were quick, informative, and comfortable. Even my fillings were fast and pain-free. Dental appointments used to feel like a disruption in my day. Now they feel like a welcome break from work, haha.

Arrived early and was greeted by the staff. I was taken back into the treatment room and a very nice nurse took an X-ray and the doctor came in and numbed me without any pain from the shot. I was surprised by how swiftly and accurately the two teeth were prepped and then a technician came in and made a temporary bridge. It was finished in a short time and fitted with no discomfort and I left with a new temp bridge and will be happy when I return in a couple of weeks for my new complete bridge. The doctors and nurses are very caring and concerned about my comfort and I really like the treatment that they offer and it was actually very reasonably priced. I especially appreciate the time the team takes to walk through their findings by showing X-rays and photos, and explaining how those findings may impact both my short-term and long-term dental health. While I understand that some people prefer a more “family-owned” dental practice and that such a smoothly run office can sometimes feel more clinical than personal, I still felt genuinely heard and cared for. The team took the time to address my concerns and ensured I felt informed and confident in my treatment decisions.
