Today was my first visit. From the moment I walked in, was greeted with a smile and friendly “Good Morning.” She showed me the important things (restrooms and water.) I am a nervous patient and was explained every step they were going to do from my X-Rays to exam. Dr Patel was my dentist, she was so soft spoken, gentle and caring. I was surprised that they went ahead and filled a tooth without having to make another appointment same day. I knew exactly how much I would owe before the work was done and paid upon leaving. And who doesn’t love free gifts? I received a goody bag with a welcome card, cup, toothbrush, toothpaste and floss. My experience was better than I could have ever imagined. I will be returning.

I cannot thank this office enough for what they did for me today. I broke a tooth last night and spent the entire morning scrambling to find a dentist who could help. I was under a tremendous time crunch because my daughter's graduation was today, and I needed to be able to smile for photos and enjoy the celebration without worrying about my tooth. After a frustrating experience elsewhere that would have required a long wait and significant out-of-pocket costs, I called my regular dentist's office. They got me in the same day and completely turned my day around. From the moment I arrived, everyone was friendly, professional, caring, and genuinely concerned about helping me. The dentist and staff worked efficiently and completed both a root canal and a temporary crown in about an hour and a half. The temporary crown looks fantastic - you would never know anything had happened. What impressed me most was not just the quality of the dental work, but how kind and accommodating everyone was during a stressful situation. They understood the urgency and made me feel like a priority. Because of them, I anm able to attend my daughter's graduation feeling confident and smiling in every photo. Outstanding service, excellent dentistry, and a team that truly cares about their patients. I highly recommend this office.

Had a great experience for the first time coming to this dentist office. Was greeted right away. Everybody seemed very nice. Was called back really quick and they took good care of me. Answered all of my questions, went over everything with me. Definitely took the time to explain everything in detail. Also, everything looks so clean and sanitized, I’m definitely happy all around.

My wife and I started our 2nd experience with NCDC. The place is very modern and well managed. All the employees are all experienced and well mannered and supportive. The Dentists and support staff are all professional and well mannered meaning they have good knolwedge and professionalism plus sense of humor as well. The processs are within the dental areas & cost i have encountered in the past other dentistries I have gone to. I will continue to place my dental health and welfare in this organization.
