3 months agoToday was my first visit. From the moment I walked in, was greeted with a smile and friendly “Good Morning.” She showed me the important things (restrooms and water.) I am a nervous patient and was explained every step they were going to do from my X-Rays to exam. Dr Patel was my dentist, she was so soft spoken, gentle and caring. I was surprised that they went ahead and filled a tooth without having to make another appointment same day. I knew exactly how much I would owe before the work was done and paid upon leaving. And who doesn’t love free gifts? I received a goody bag with a welcome card, cup, toothbrush, toothpaste and floss. My experience was better than I could have ever imagined. I will be returning.

a month agoHi to that person who is reading this. Be careful of your dentist, especially when they have a financial benefit in performing on you. A small cavity does not need a filling. You can use nano-hydroxyapatite toothpaste which will remineralize (rebuild) your teeth where a small cavity (hole eaten by bacteria) is. This is what NASA astronauts use, eliminating the need for dentists in space. It also makes your teeth white and slippery (bacteria don’t stick and eat). Now, this dentist from out of state and Shiela Harris saw this tiny cavity and decided to DRILL BABY DRILL. Oh and when they put the filling, they put that gigantic filling! Look at my X-rays in the tooth on the top right. You know what happens when you put a gigantic filling that close to a nerve (look how tiny the cavity was before this!)? The nerve gets so fiery and then they say oh you need a root canal (killing your tooth removing blood supply and leaving a dead tooth in your body, sounds great!). Their strategy is to find any reason to drill, overtime to drill towards the nerve, irritate it, then do a root canal. It’s a great business but at the expense of the patient, their natural teeth, and health. Just know this. You’re not the only one feeling rushed into decisions and the lack of trust with your “fake nice” provider at this office. They want to rush you and injure you to make as much money as possible. Don’t even get me started on Shiela Harris, who is extremely rude, money hungry, and plain evil. Again, I’m a former patient, very smart, and every word I said should be examined and thought about twice. If anything happens to you, feel free to file a dental board complaint like I did (only takes a couple of minutes to do on your phone) and we, together, will get them investigated. We, the people, have rights to proper and perfect treatment but we must exercise these rights to hold those who are arrogant to come back down to our level and talk with us about what they are doing to us.

a month agoFirst of all I just want to point out how amazing the staff is here. I came in super scared and nervous because it had been so long for me since I had gone to the dentist. The staff did an amazing job at reassuring me that I would be okay and that there was no judgement. I have never felt more comfortable and respected by dentists office than this one. They are the sweetest people I’ve ever met. And they made sure that I was told things exactly how I wanted to hear them. They take into consideration how you would like things told to you! How amazing is it to be asked?! I will definitely be coming back and not only that but switching my kids over to this dentist as well.

a month agoI have been a patient at Natomas Crossing Dental Care for a few years now and I haven’t had one negative experience! Everyone in the waiting room is always courteous and helpful as soon as you walk in. The hygienists and dentists are extremely knowledgeable and make me feel like I’m in good hands for whatever dental needs I have. Highly recommend!

5 months agoThe wait is reasonable and the check in and check out process is easy. The dentist made sure my filling was feeling comfortable in my mouth and kept adjusting until my bite was normal. I felt heard and seen as the staff were asking me if I was okay throughout the process, giving me breaks and letting me pick out a movie to watch while they were taking care of my fillings. I appreciate the attention to detail and the genuine care, it’s been a pleasure being a patient here.
