    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Agave Dental Care. From start to finish, the visit was smooth and comfortable. Ashley, the X-ray tech, was amazing—super kind, gentle, and made the whole process easy. Dr. Alex Havig was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. The whole team made me feel at ease. Highly recommend!

    Shaky start with the 1st receptionist and assistant but Layla Called me after I left and Informed me about some bundle offers and payment options. Helped me massively especially since I just needed a form for the military signed. They did that and got my X-rays done and cleaning and gave me a great game plan for next treatments. They are extremely knowledgeable and friendly and the seat even have a massage and heat option. Great job to the dental assistant Janette Chavez and Dr. Alex They take many insurances TriCare as well and they accept HealthEquity cards too. Also the Mountain View whilst cleaning is going on is relaxing too.

    The clinical care has been good, but billing communication needs improvement. I’ve only learned about outstanding balances from past procedures when arriving for routine cleanings, which can be frustrating. I’ve also had an instance where updated insurance information was provided, but a claim was not submitted and I wasn’t notified. More proactive and transparent communication about balances and insurance claims would greatly improve the patient experience.

    Very glad they were good to other customers, my experience was so-so. I had to get a tooth pulled and they were great. After the procedure we talked about getting a deep clean and discussed full mouth and nitrous. Insurance covered a good portion and I was going to come back 4 days later. Second appointment came, they were only going to do half my mouth and now charge me (350) for the nitrous saying my insurance wont cover it now when we checked 4 days prior. Why discuss the appointment and precheck charges and turn around and do the opposite? Granted they did want to reschedule again and make it right but that felt like they were backtracking on their mistake. I canceled my appointment due to them changing my appointment without discussing it with me. I hope other customers have a better experience than I did.

    Great friendly staff and Dr. Alex is the best!! Very thorough! UPDATE: I had come in with a broken crown and cleaning the day after Christmas Friday. Prep work was done that day. They got me back in on Monday for the permanent Crown. It fit perfectly! They have the lab on the floor above them! Best crown experience ever!!! Highly recommend! Thanks to Dr. Havig, DMD and staff! So friendly and and accomdating! Cannot remember an experience this good with a crown!!!
