My dental check-up went well, and the staff were very approachable. The clinic was clean and organized, which made me feel comfortable. The doctor handled my tooth extraction with great care and made sure I felt at ease throughout the procedure. The instructions for aftercare were clear and easy to follow. I had a dental emergency that I needed to address on a Saturday. I will admit that I called several other “emergency dentists” in El Paso before Agave, none who could see me same day… their websites all claimed to take emergency patients any time or day of week but I was turned away by everyone even though I was willing to pay out of pocket. I called Agave finally which I initially passed over because of distance. I’m so grateful I did! (1) The entire office is beyond friendly and accommodating. They were especially friendly to me, but I also witnessed them politely take care of a patient complaining about wait time (which was not bad at all). They did not belittle her or disregard her complaint but addressed it wonderfully and escorted her to her appointment. (2) I can’t recall her name, but the front office staff member was so nice and thoroughly informative. I’m a talker (surprise!) and she was patient with me, answered my numerous questions, and entertained my ridiculous, non relevant life stories. (3) The dentist and assistant that worked with me were so amazing that I switched my dental care to this practice. I’ve only been this one time, but I actually look forward to going back. It just feels really comforting, welcoming, and like your needs matter.

Awesome staff, they greet you with a smile and very attentive. They do alot of x-rays to check all your teeth, ask for any concern, just awesome workmanship. Dr and staff awesome job. I definitely will recommend to family and friends.

Agave Dental was referred to me by a coworker and I’m glad that I took the recommendation. The staff was very courteous and made me feel welcomed. They were very thorough and explained everything clearly for the dental work I needed. They let me know how long the procedures were going to take so I could be aware to plan ahead.
