a week agoSW Celebrity Smiles is by far the best dentist office I have ever been to. They are conveniently located and easily accessible. The facility is bright, clean and welcoming. The staff, everyone from front desk personnel to the billing department and the hygienists, are very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. This office runs smoothly and efficiently and are open on Saturdays which is so nice for me as I work Monday thru Friday. I highly recommend SW celebrity smiles! They’re great.

a month agoI’ve been coming to this office for maybe 4-5 years. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Apilado. He is knowledgeable, skilled, and takes the time to explain everything clearly no matter how many questions you ask. I trust him and as a patient that means everything. I feel confident in his care, and my dental health has been in great hands because of him. That said, I’ve found the office staff to be a bit inconsistent over the years. While some team members are helpful, especially Fatima who is an absolute sweet heart both in person and over the phone, there have been times when communication and organization and overall professionalism could have been better. Overall, I have continued to come back because of the Dr. I’m not sure that I will continue as I prefer not to travel outside of the west side. The inconsistencies with customer service isn’t worth the hassle of the drive, however if you are looking for a place to get started with your dental health, they are a great place to start. Absolutely would recommend otherwise.
