3 weeks agoI’ve been a patient at this dentist for the past three years, and they’ve consistently provided excellent care. The entire staff is incredibly professional and friendly, and I’ve never had any problems with them. In contrast, I’ve had issues with other dentists, such as scheduling conflicts and unprofessional behavior. Here, everything runs smoothly, and I highly recommend this dentist.

4 weeks agoI have been a Southwest customer for many years and my husband is an A lister for the past two years. As an A lister I get to fly free on a companion pass. We were in Chicago and we flew in together and I was on a companion pass with him. My husband had a chance to go to the bears game along with the other passengers on our itinerary but I had to get back. Not knowing if I could fly without him he called Southwest customer service. He canceled the flight for our other travelers but the customer service agent said as long as he didn't cancel his flight I should be fine to fly, He was never told I had to buy a ticket but he was told as long as he didn't cancel flight I could fly. Therefore I went to the airport, checked in without him, got on the flight as an A lister with nothing said to me at any point. Just prior the flight taking off the flight attendant asked if anyone knew Jeff. He was on our Itinerary but we canceled his flight because he was staying in Chicago for a few days but because I knew he was not flying I told the attendant that he canceled his flight at that time they abruptly removed me from the flight without explanation. I felt like a criminal and I did not understand what was happening. I was told I could not fly without my Husband on a companion pass. When I said I was informed by customer service the previous day that as long as he did not cancel his flight I would be fine to fly. We would have purchased a flight if I had to but I was treated like a stow away and never asked how I got on the flight and I was never asked where my husband was! We are not A listers because we are trying to beat the system. I was treated very poorly and no explanation about why this all happened. I should have never been able to board without my husband as his companion and none of this would have been an issue. My husband was miinformed and I was rudely removed from my flight and was told I had to book another flight, which I did immediately so I could get home and get my luggage that was on the previous flight I was removed from. The attendant was asking why I was so upset and taking no responsibility for this mess up. Not to mention I was removed with no explanation. I have been a customer for a long time but I will be looking to other airlines in the future.

2 months agoI was pleasantly surprised by all the southwest staff. I am in recovery from surgery so was hard for me to get around. The staff was on top of it. The most awesome and professional stewardess Lisa made sure I got in my seat pain free. Very attentive and understanding. Can't ask for anyone better. Me experience as usual on Southwest was a super great 👍 experience 😸
