She made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process and never made me feel rushed. 3 weeks agoThe worst experience ever! Do not make an appointment with Southwest Celebrity Smiles. Their main purpose is to up sell any products & membership plans. They do not care about the patients. On June 29, 2026, I had an appointment at 10am for teeth cleaning. The clerks do their best to up sell anything, so I agreed on the annual membership for $249, as soon as I purchased the plan, a different clerk notified me that the hygienist was not going to be available. I asked for the day off so I can visit the dentist & they asked me to re-schedule. No one there is honest. They waited until I purchased the plan instead of letting me know as soon as I walk in or given me a phone call. I have called Adriana Garcia & Nancy several times to cancel the membership, but now I gave to wait 90 days to get a refund. I canceled the membership the same day I purchased it.

2 months agoAll I can say is wow, this team is so professional on every level. The first desk team is so sweet, genuine, and very helpful. I received teeth whitening here back in Dec; they did a great job. I came back today, June 6, 26, to have a correction made to the front tooth I chipped. Dr. Cohen did such an amazing job, and she was so sweet. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

3 weeks agoReceptionist was super friendly and helpful. Dentist is competent and gentle. Dentist visits are always difficult for me but the staff at Celebrity Smiles always makes me feel at ease. If you’re looking for a dentist, this is the one you want!
