I previously wrote an excellent review for the hygienist because her clinical work genuinely deserved recognition. The cleaning itself was thorough and professionally performed, and I continue to appreciate the quality of care she provides. However, I feel obligated to share a significant concern regarding billing transparency. I scheduled what I understood to be a routine cleaning and did not request a separate doctor’s visit. I was therefore surprised to discover an additional charge for a doctor’s exam that was neither requested nor clearly explained in advance. Had this been communicated beforehand, I would have appreciated the opportunity to decide whether to proceed. In any professional setting, transparency regarding services and associated costs is a fundamental standard. Patients deserve clarity before treatment — not unexpected charges afterward. What further compounded my disappointment was the lack of follow-up communication. I called multiple times in an effort to resolve the matter and was told I would receive a return call, which never occurred. Instead, I received a bill — followed by an additional late fee — while I was actively attempting to seek clarification. Clinical skill earns trust; transparency and professional communication sustain it. I encourage future patients to ask detailed questions about required exams and billing policies in advance to avoid similar surprises.

Dr. Costello is one of the kindest dentist I've come across. He is patient, knowledgeable and very thorough. I have dental chair anxiety and he is aware of it and makes every visit easy. The staff there is very friendly and helpful. They always greet with a big smile and will keep making sure you are doing good during the whole process.

Dr. Costello is a great dentist! I can be rather anxious, and he is always very patient with me. I've also seen Dr. Senych and she is great, as well. The hygienists, assistants, and front desk employees are all very kind and friendly.

This was my first time at this dental practice. Dr. Costello and his team are incredible. Jenna walked me through the whole process. I had a molar extraction and it was seamless. We just moved to Milwaukee in June and I am so happy that I found them. Kudos to Dr. Costello and his staff! True professionals!
