I am one who does not enjoy visits to the dentist. That being said, Dr. Costello and his staff continuously make me feel comfortable and keep me pain-free during my visits. They are accommodating to my schedule and figure out a way to get me in quickly. Dr. Costello is kind and does beautiful work. When I’ve taken a little too much time between visits, they never make me feel bad about it. Seriously the best experience in dentistry I’ve had in my 30 years in Milwaukee. Convenient location, easy parking, excellent care, Amazing Dentist, talented and friendly staff, FIVE STARS all day long

I had a dental cleaning today and I just wanted to express my appreciation. The experience was smooth and very professional from start to finish. The hygienist was gentle, thorough, and explained everything clearly. I left feeling well cared for and confident in the quality of service. (Downtown location) Incredible experience! The staff was very kind and knowledgeable. I got lost on my way up to the office but the receptionist (Olivia) called me and helped me to get to the office. I didn’t have to wait long at all to be seen. The dentist assistant (Lila) answered all of my questions and knew very well what she was doing. Highly recommended!

My first visit to Downtown Dental was a few years ago while I was traveling on business. I am so impressed with their quality of work and service that I have continued to fly back to Milwaukee for all my dental work. The front staff is polite, friendly and extremely efficient. Mary's years of experience is evident with her TOP NOTCH service. My exams, 'deep cleaning', and cosmetic work were stellar and utilized some of the latest digital technologies. It's no surprise that Dr. Costello is named "One of Milwaukee's Top Dentist". In my opinion, he is the "USA's top dentist" and I'll continue to fly to Milwaukee to see him!
