I am one who does not enjoy visits to the dentist. That being said, Dr. Costello and his staff continuously make me feel comfortable and keep me pain-free during my visits. They are accommodating to my schedule and figure out a way to get me in quickly. Dr. Costello is kind and does beautiful work. When I’ve taken a little too much time between visits, they never make me feel bad about it. Seriously the best experience in dentistry I’ve had in my 30 years in Milwaukee. Convenient location, easy parking, excellent care, Amazing Dentist, talented and friendly staff, FIVE STARS all day long

(Downtown location) Incredible experience! The staff was very kind and knowledgeable. I got lost on my way up to the office but the receptionist (Olivia) called me and helped me to get to the office. I didn’t have to wait long at all to be seen. The dentist assistant (Lila) answered all of my questions and knew very well what she was doing. Highly recommended!

I had a broken tooth and experiencing some serious facial pain. I was able to find Downtown Dental-MKE in network, they reached out to me right away with a next day appointment. After explaining my struggles with my teeth, the dentist and I came to a viable solution right away. The dentist and hygienist were up front with costs and explained when my next available cleaning would be covered avoiding any extra charges. I appreciated the transparency and can’t wait to get going on my care plan to bring back my full smile!

My first visit to Downtown Dental was a few years ago while I was traveling on business. I am so impressed with their quality of work and service that I have continued to fly back to Milwaukee for all my dental work. The front staff is polite, friendly and extremely efficient. Mary's years of experience is evident with her TOP NOTCH service. My exams, 'deep cleaning', and cosmetic work were stellar and utilized some of the latest digital technologies. It's no surprise that Dr. Costello is named "One of Milwaukee's Top Dentist". In my opinion, he is the "USA's top dentist" and I'll continue to fly to Milwaukee to see him!

Every visit with downtown dental is awesome. From being greeted by name as soon as you walk through the door to my Hygienist going the extra mile to explain everything she does. Then of course the other staff always greet you with a smile and respect. Dr. Costello always pops in just to say hello and see how you've are. I really love downtown dental.
