From the back massagers in every chair to the headphones for watching food network on the ceiling TV, to the numbing, great customer service, I’m definitely coming back. Both dentists are very knowledgeable, conservative, and great at setting expectations and they take their time with you. I’ve never had such a great experience at a dentist’s office.

On Wednesday morning, October 15, 2025, I had an appointment with Dr. Karson Casteel, DDS, and with Laurie, who is a registered dental hygienist. This visit today was my first visit to this office. If I could do so, I would give both of these individuals ten stars, a numerical score of 100 out of a possible 100, and a letter grade of A+. Dr. Casteel is the best dentist that I ever had. Laurie is best dental hygienist that I ever had. They both are caring, thoughtful, compassionate, kind, and warm. They both have an excellent bedside manner. I HIGHLY recommend this dental office. I was extremely comfortable throughout my appointment. This dental office now is my permanent dental office. I VERY DEFINITELY will be returning. I had a follow up appointment with Dr. Casteel the following day to have two fillings replaced. Dr. Casteel did an EXCELLENT job. I was extremely comfortable and relaxed during the entire procedure. I give this dental office an A+. The people there are magnificent.

I'm using names because these folks deserve it. From the way I'm spoken to by the receptionists Karen and Jocelyn to the hygienists JC and Ashton and definitely Dr. Baldwin this office is operating on all 8 cylinders with a turbo. I'm the guy that has had horrible childhood dentist experiences, therefore I'm a real nervous wreck with all this teeth... Need a crown in a super delicate tooth and was a mental mess!! Dr. Baldwin listened to me, never rushed (but was very very fluid and fast and didn't waste any time) and did a flawless just l job and I had ZEEERO pain. The office from front to back impresses me.

I had a great experience at this dental office! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the doctor is very patient and professional. I was attended to very quickly, and the technology they use is top-notch. But the best part? The amazing view of Golf course—it truly adds a special touch to the visit! From the doctor to the entire team, everyone was kind, attentive, and highly skilled. I 100% recommend this place for anyone looking for excellent dental care.

I highly recommend Baldwin Distinctive dentistry. It’s the nicest dentist office I’ve ever been to. The doctors are great they make you feel comfortable and explain everything along the way it was a really great experience. All the ladies in the office were just as nice as can be.
