I fully recommend Baldwin Distinctive Dental! I have been going there for about 8 years plus now. The staff here is wonderful and always makes me feel like family, they always make me laugh, tell jokes and make me feel very welcome. On top of that, they’re very good at their profession and also never try to oversell their services or price gouge like most dental places.

My first visit.It was amazing. Dr. Casteel was super friendly, professional and explained 2 different proceedures for me to choose from and explained very well why it was important that I had one or the other procedure done. I was given copies of both types of proceedures and brought them home to share the info, encluding the cost of both. Surprisingly, my husband was for the more expensive one and I was thankful. Also, the assintant seemed like a best friend. She is awesome too! I have never been so comfortable in a dentist office like I was today..I will deffinately become a patient.

The clinical care team here is kind and professional, but my family’s experience with the front office and billing management was completely dysfunctional. We encountered a pattern of billing errors and non-existent communication. I was overcharged for a procedure and ignored for three months, ultimately forcing me to file a credit card dispute to get my money back. My wife was also billed well over her signed estimate after the office mismanaged her insurance prior authorization and failed to check her policy’s waiting period. The procedure was preventative and would have been fully covered if scheduled just two months later. Instead, she was hit with a $500 bill, and her repeated requests for clarification were completely ghosted. Ultimately, we had enough of the administrative issues and have moved on to another practice. Note: This is currently a 2-star review based solely on our customer service experience. If management responds to this review by deflecting accountability rather than addressing the systemic issues, this rating will be lowered to 1 star.

The staff here is superb front office and back. Everyone here has a great personality and makes you feel relaxed from the moment you walk in. Dr Castile is my dentist and let me tell you his bedside manner is outstanding He's funny and informative and makes sure you are comfortable. His dental assistant is great I wouldnt be ble to get through the dental work without her.
