Despite some early communication snags while they were switching to new computer services, my first visit here was excellent. There was plenty of parking in the lot, the second floor was easily accessible by elevator and stairway, and the lobby was very welcoming. Check-in was quick and within just a few minutes I was promptly greeted by my hygienist, Afton, who did a stellar job with my x-rays and cleaning. After that I had a quick exam from Dr. Bartlett and was given a clean bill of oral health. Props to Ari and the rest of the crew as well. Kicker: the mountain views were a lovely sight. I'll be back in 6 months!

Great visit today first time. In and out, and was able to get to work right after ! Front desk staff was great from the lady who cleaned my teeth back to normal! To the X-rays lady and then the doctor! Super quick, super helpful and affordable. Was able to get me scheduled and out of there! 7 minutes from my neighborhood too!!Best Dentist I’ve been too in sometime. Be back soon guys thanks a lot !

My first visit to Dr Baldwin, very pleased with the staff I met and the service provided. All the staff demonstrated a caring heart for their patients. I will be back for future visits. Thank you Dr Baldwin and staff for a first time Amazing experience!

Earlier today I received a dental cleaning by Laurie, a dental hygienist who has been providing that particular service to my family and I for years. She is one of the most kind and thoughtful people I have ever met. When I saw her she greeted me with a warm smile and asked how I was doing. Kindly offered her condolences for my grandmother's recent passing and inquired about everyone in the family. After expressing thanks for her caring words, I told her this morning that I was feeling a bit irritable and wasn't in the best mood. Like she has always been, she was supportive and understanding and tried to accommodate me as best she could. She did an outstanding job of doing so. For example, she asked if she could dim the lights to make it more comfortable, offered me a blanket to feel cozy as well as offered to put on any channel on tv that I would like. Truly excellent. I expressed my gratitude profusely for being so accommodating to my needs. Although I was reluctant to go in to for my appt this morning because of I wasn't in the best spirits, I'm so glad that I did go in because she made the environment as calm and relaxing as possible just to accommodate my need for peace and quiet. I speak for everyone in my family when I say that Laurie is the best and one of the sweetest most caring people you could ever meet. We are so glad she is our dental hygienist and a friend of the family.

Gretchen is the most amazing dental hygienist. My teeth feel so nice and clean after my appointment with her. Gretchen takes her time with you and ensures you are comfortable. The Dr's here are also very nice.
