I went to Dental Designs in White Marsh, and I never thought I'd say this about going to the dentist, but my experience was nothing short of excellent from start to finish. From the receptionists Aubrey and Renea, to the dental techs and dentist Liz and Dr. Fridberg, they took such care of me, giving me one one one attention to address my dental needs immediately. Liz gave me tour of their state of the art facility, which had a beautiful touch of holiday decor from the moment I walked in. Everyone was kind and friendly and made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Fridberg was the best dentist I've ever experienced!!! She made sure I was comfortable throughout the process, ensuring that I didn't experience any pain or discomfort and I didn't!! Best dental place ever!! I won't be going anywhere else. Thank you!

I found Dental Designs of Maryland (White Marsh Location) on Google and I am kicking myself that I haven't been here sooner! For context, I had a pretty gnarly dental experience that kept me away for two years (for shame, I know. Don't judge me), so I had a lot of trepidation going back after so long and after such a terrible experience. From the moment I walked through the door and was greeted by the biggest, brightest smiles, I knew I was in the right place. This office exudes warmth, inclusivity, and care. I was immediately taken into the back (I pre-filled my forms, so no wait time at all), given a tour of the office, and was informed every single step of the way to help me set expectations. Not only was Dr. Santos extremely knowledgable but her and her team were also kind and informative - I knew what was going to happen, what was happening, and what next steps would be each step of the way. I've already convinced my husband to make an appointment too! I have a long journey ahead (wisdom teeth removal, braces, and cleanings) and I couldn't feel more at home with this practice. I trust them completely to take great care of me on this journey to reinvent my smile! I'd give them 100 stars if I could!

Best dentist appointment I have ever had! From the front desk to the dental assistants, Ms. Lynn was awesome. The main star was Dr. Santos, who is super nice, patient and very knowledgeable. I hadn’t been to dentist since 2018 and I thought I would get nothing but judgment and scolding. My experience was the complete opposite. I left with a goodie bag and a hygiene appointment in 3 days. Chipped my front tooth somehow and was leaving for a cruise the following week. I called to see if there was any possibility of getting an appointment. Scheduled me the following day for a consult and scheduled me for dental work the next day. Thanks to All the staff there for making it possible. Dr. Weng explains everything he’s going to be doing through the entire procedure which took a little over two hours. He asked me if I had any questions but he already covered everything I would want to ask. I get anxious when in the dental chair but I was so comfortable through it all. And, Linda, his assistant, also has to be commended for making me comfortable and assuring everything goes smoothly. And by the way, my teeth look awesome! I am so happy with the dental work they did on me. I know I’ll enjoy my cruise thanks to the Dr. Weng and staff !

Everyone at DDWM is kind, pleasant and helpful. The hygienists are thorough and gentle, and the dentists are great as well - they always take the time to answer your questions and handle any concerns you may have.
