Everyone was kind and seemed to actually enjoy their job! Dr. Fridberg and Layla are an awesome team. They kept me informed throughout my entire procedure, which was a nice change. No wondering what was going on, because the explained everything every step of the way. Every single person I had an interaction with was very kind. The dentists and assistants were very pleasant and non judgemental, which helped immediately put me at ease. Hands down best dental office I've ever been to. This will definitely be my new dentist! Dental Designs has the best customer service. When I walk in for my appointments, Avery always greets me by name with an awesome smile. She is extremely welcoming and makes me feel comfortable when waiting anxiously for a dental appointment. Dr Santos has become my new dentist over the last 2 years since my long term dentist of 30 years retired. Dr Santos is so very personable, compassionate and caring. I found Dental Designs of Maryland (White Marsh Location) on Google and I am kicking myself that I haven't been here sooner! For context, I had a pretty gnarly dental experience that kept me away for two years (for shame, I know. Don't judge me), so I had a lot of trepidation going back after so long and after such a terrible experience. From the moment I walked through the door and was greeted by the biggest, brightest smiles, I knew I was in the right place. This office exudes warmth, inclusivity, and care. I was immediately taken into the back (I pre-filled my forms, so no wait time at all), given a tour of the office, and was informed every single step of the way to help me set expectations. Not only was Dr. Santos extremely knowledgable but her and her team were also kind and informative - I knew what was going to happen, what was happening, and what next steps would be each step of the way. I've already convinced my husband to make an appointment too! I have a long journey ahead (wisdom teeth removal, braces, and cleanings) and I couldn't feel more at home with this practice. I trust them completely to take great care of me on this journey to reinvent my smile! I'd give them 100 stars if I could!
