I went to Art Dental yesterday for the first time it was so easy to make an appointment. You can do it online but I called in due to an emergency and they scheduled me within the next hr. They have parking in the back of building if you don’t see anything in the front. Place very clean, very nice staff, everyone! The wait was not long at all. I was helped by Sandra the DA. She was very knowledgeable Attentive, and very nice. They were able to answer all my questions. The Dentist was nice and easy to speak with also very knowledgeable in his field. They were able to help me with my stubborn tooth extraction and it was very stubborn. Will definitely recommend and making them my dental home!

This office is fantastic! Cindy was the technician who guided me through my first visit, and she made the entire experience smooth and comfortable. Dr. Ázimi had excellent bedside manner—professional, kind, and genuinely caring. My scans and X-rays were done quickly and efficiently, and the cleaning was painless and easy. The treatment discussion was clear, informative, and thorough. I absolutely love the energy and cleanliness of this office and highly recommend Arts Dentistry!

Over booking & a long uncomfortable wait in a small waiting room. My son had an appointment scheduled 6mo. in advance. We showed up on time. The parking is almost nonexistent because of the location alone (Early Arrival a Must), but once entering we had to refill the same forms as before. I believe as a way to prolong our wait time! 🤷🏻‍♀️ 2ndly the waiting room is almost standing room only! After a good wait staff proceeded to take my son's images. Only to be informed another wait due to ALL rooms BEING FULL!! So, why were we scheduled for was my son's question. I can't answer that question for him. Overbooking, that's why is my opinion. What other reason could they have? The receptionist are very short & don't mean height wise. They are aware of the overbooking issue & due to their own seating being spacious, unlike the lobby/ waiting area should empathize. Any who, after seating on a wooden bench, pushed up against the wall length window we were unable to lean back because of the obstructing pillars we waited... AGAIN. We were seen eventually called for the 2nd time well after an hour later. While the actual dentists & the dental assistant are kind & friendly. Foreshadowing overbooking & shared office with the orthodontist I would HIGHLY suggest you mention you wish not to be scheduled on days the office is shared with another Dr. & during times you can afford to sit & wait or lean up against a window on a wooden bench with no backing with narrow pathways you have to strategic leg placement. In conclusion Art should be on the wall, & not in the patients waiting area. Parents if you know your heavy leave one heavy parent at home with your 5 other heavy kids. This is not the place to hang out. Not trying to fat shame but warn you as you will be playing musical chairs in the lobby in an already tiny waiting area/ lobby. It's a hazardous seating room for all. Then again your already used to squeezing into tight spaces. For all others good luck. Dentist is Grrreat enter with patience. 😁🤪🛋️

They were able to open a slot for my spontaneous emergency and took care of it without any complications. Iris was there to calm my nerves and past the time during the long wait. I enjoy our small talk, hopefully I wasn't much of a bore for her.

I had a very frustrating and concerning experience with this office. My daughter had previously gone for regular check-ups with Dr. Azimi, and those visits were fine. He recommended two fillings, so we scheduled an appointment. After that, everything went downhill. The appointment was rescheduled by the office, and when we finally came in, we were seen by a different doctor. My daughter didn’t feel comfortable, so we were told to reschedule again. During that visit, they brought up sedation and asked me to sign paperwork for it, even after I clearly said I was not interested. At the next appointment (8:00 AM), we were again seen by a different doctor who immediately pushed sedation. I declined and asked for nitrous oxide instead. He agreed and said we could proceed around 10:45 AM. However, when a staff member came to discuss pricing, she once again focused on sedation. I repeated that I did not want that option. She left to “check with the dentist” and came back saying that if gas didn’t work, sedation would be the next step. Then, after keeping us there all morning, they told us we had to leave and come back at 2:00 PM, without any treatment done. At that point, I asked for a refund and left. The entire experience felt disorganized and heavily focused on pushing sedation, which made me very uncomfortable. On top of that, at every visit a different doctor seemed to find new issues that needed treatment, which was concerning. I then sought a second opinion, and it confirmed my concerns. They told me several of the X-rays taken previously were unnecessary, and they completed the fillings without gas or sedation with no issues. Overall, this experience felt very questionable and poorly managed. I would not recommend this practice.
