I had an excellent experience at this dental office. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and efficient. There was virtually no wait time, which I greatly appreciated. The dentist was incredibly educational and took the time to walk me through the entire process, making sure I understood everything and felt comfortable. I was especially impressed with how gentle he was during the numbing process. I barely felt the local anesthetic at all. A special thank you to Cindy, the dental assistant, who made the experience even better. She was warm, friendly, and had me laughing throughout the appointment. Her positive personality helped ease my nerve, I almost forgot I was sitting in a dental chair. If you have dental anxiety or are nervous about dental work, I highly recommend this dental office.

Always a delight coming here. All staff have great personalities and conversational skills. And of course everyone is highly competent at what they do - always receive top notch treatment. Very fair prices too.

Such a great appointment! Staff were all friendly and Cindy my hygienist was awesome. Very gentle and quick!! Would recommend everyone to go here! I am currently pregnant and they had the pregnancy safe xray vest, I felt very comfortable and cared for! Will be back

I had a very frustrating and concerning experience with this office. My daughter had previously gone for regular check-ups with Dr. Azimi, and those visits were fine. He recommended two fillings, so we scheduled an appointment. After that, everything went downhill. The appointment was rescheduled by the office, and when we finally came in, we were seen by a different doctor. My daughter didn’t feel comfortable, so we were told to reschedule again. During that visit, they brought up sedation and asked me to sign paperwork for it, even after I clearly said I was not interested. At the next appointment (8:00 AM), we were again seen by a different doctor who immediately pushed sedation. I declined and asked for nitrous oxide instead. He agreed and said we could proceed around 10:45 AM. However, when a staff member came to discuss pricing, she once again focused on sedation. I repeated that I did not want that option. She left to “check with the dentist” and came back saying that if gas didn’t work, sedation would be the next step. Then, after keeping us there all morning, they told us we had to leave and come back at 2:00 PM, without any treatment done. At that point, I asked for a refund and left. The entire experience felt disorganized and heavily focused on pushing sedation, which made me very uncomfortable. On top of that, at every visit a different doctor seemed to find new issues that needed treatment, which was concerning. I then sought a second opinion, and it confirmed my concerns. They told me several of the X-rays taken previously were unnecessary, and they completed the fillings without gas or sedation with no issues. Overall, this experience felt very questionable and poorly managed. I would not recommend this practice.

I had such a great experience at Arts Family Dentistry! This was my first dentist visit since moving back from Costa Rica, so I was honestly a little skeptical and nervous about finding a new place but they completely exceeded my expectations. The girl who took my X-rays was so sweet and made me feel comfortable right away. When I was taken to my room, Stephanie took amazing care of me, and I also met Amanda both were incredibly kind and welcoming. The doctor was great as well. He took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel at ease throughout the visit. Overall, such a positive experience. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a new dentist!
