I’ve been going to Balcones Dental for a few years now and I honestly love everything about it. The staff is always super friendly, the office has a great vibe, and the care they provide is top-notch. They really take the time to make you feel comfortable and explain your dental plan in a way that actually makes sense. Allysia, the office manager, is amazing! She’s so helpful and always makes the whole process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend Balcones Dental if you’re looking for a place that’s professional but still makes you feel right at home

I’ve been going to Balcones no issues for a few years. Unfortunately, my visit one year ago is still effecting me to today. They proposed that I get a filling because I have a minor cavities forming in between two of my molars. So I agreed to let them fill, but Dr Lindsay filled “too high”. I came in 3 additional times for them to tweak/file down the filing and still today I feel sensitivity when biting on things too hard. Although it’s not extremely painful and the practice tried to correct it, I wish it was resolved in the 4 different times I came back to the office.

Giving it only 1 star rating. This was the worst cleaning I have ever gotten. It is the first time in my life I had to clean my teeth after a cleaning. It all started with X-rays that I only found out on checkout were not covered by my insurance. The hygienist never rinsed my teeth yet I had water splashed all over my face and running down my neck. The hygienist applied fluoride which I also found out was not covered by my plan at checkout. After my cleaning my teeth felt gritty and were more yellow than before. I also was unaware that the company had been sold and that there is a new dentist there until I was done with the hygiene treatment. Apparently it has been sold to Martin dental group. I will never go back here.

Very nice office! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable! My husband and I both are seen here for all our dental needs and always feel very confident in the care we receive here!

I've been a very satisfied patient of Dr. Lindsay and his team for several years. Nobody likes going to the dentist, but if you are wise enough to care for your teeth on a regular basis you won't find a more compassionate, honest, trustworthy, clean and competent dental practice than Balcones Dental. They have always treated me and my entire family with the utmost respect and in a very personable manner. They truly care about you... your health, your needs versus wants, your schedule, your budget, everything that goes into making treatment decisions. I highly recommend Balcones Dental to anyone looking for a practice that caters to people who are afraid of or have anxiety about a stranger looking in their mouth. Their office also uses the latest technology and equipment. Each one on the treatment team is the very best, most gentle and caring professional you will find, or else they wouldn't be working in that office. Update 8-1-21...As a patient, I recently participated in a dental implant seminar sponsored by Dr. Lindsay and was very impressed with the overall experience it offered to myself as well as the professional dental community. Achievement to such a high level of expertise and accomplishment in any medical practice demonstrates excellence for everyone associated with it. I'm all Smiles! Dr. Lindsay and his staff have gone out of their way to follow up with me and resolve any issues after every procedure performed in their office.
