The office is nicely appointed, with a cheerful, welcoming reception crew immediately greeting patients. The dental hygienist, Kaymen, escorted me with a warm smile to the back area, and promptly took X-rays and made me feel at ease. She summarized her dental tasks before starting the procedures & was very gentle and efficient. It was a pleasure to meet Dr. Martin, who made me feel welcome and well taken care of. I felt seen, heard, and respected. Am so glad and grateful to have found this nice group of people who know their business well!

Saw Dr. Martin for the first time and highly recommend him and his entire staff! I waited less than two minutes and the hygienist was kind and reassuring. I feel anxious when I need to visit the dentist, so the staff's affable demeanor was greatly appreciated.

This is the best dentist I have ever had. I had an old crown from an prior dentist break at night and Dr. Martin called me after hours to check if I was ok and saw me first thing the next day to fix it. His clinic runs really efficiently and on time, and they are just really kind to their patients. They don’t try and upsell tons of unnecessary dental work other practices do, just focus on doing the right things for their patients. Highly recommend.

I had my cleaning today and Dr. Martin addressed a crown that was installed by a previous dentist. The cleaning, crown adjustment and night guard were handled promptly, pleasantly all during allocated cleaning time. I feel very positive about my teeth care with Balcones Dental and all their staff.
