I've been to a few different dentists before, and this is my favorite. They are friendly, helpful, and experienced. When I get my teeth cleaned, it feels the hygienists are comfortable in their job. My kids had a good time also. Most recently I had Adrian, and am thankful for his knowledge and his expertise in cleaning. He cleaned well with a controlled use of the cleaning devices. Dr. Martin is great as well, and provides what is needed.

Excellent service. Streamlined communication. Friendly and efficient front desk. My dental hygienist, Avery is the man. Always considerate of my sensitive teeth when cleaning. He gives me honest, candid yet supportive and non judgmental feedback on keeping my dental practices aligned. Great team and excellent dentistry

Update as of July 24th, so Dr Martin called me, explained everything, when I went in for the crown before the procedure showed me pictures of my tooth and the issue and showed me why it had to be a crown. And he actually also helped fix a previous crown which is why I had other issues about crowns in general. I really appreciated it and changing the rating from a one. This was my first time meeting Dr Martin and I don't know what to think. I came in for a cleaning and part of a filling came out....and basically his solution was I need a crown. There was also no old faces at the practice...the new people at the desk were not personable. And he also recommended doing 6 more crowns at my first meeting for esthetic reasons....only one of these teeth may need a crown in the future. So I don't know what to think. I have been with Balcones Dental since 2012, so i need feedback from others on this. I also feel pushed into a crown I don't think I need....so if anyone who is patient has input, please let me know.

I had my cleaning today and Dr. Martin addressed a crown that was installed by a previous dentist. The cleaning, crown adjustment and night guard were handled promptly, pleasantly all during allocated cleaning time. I feel very positive about my teeth care with Balcones Dental and all their staff.

I knew that I had found a safe place for dental work as soon as Dr. Martin sat down and started talking to me. It’s been a journey for me since my dentist retired and so this visit was so refreshing. You can tell when a dentist or doctor is not just good at his job, but is also a good employer, by the quality and disposition of his staff and every single person I came into contact with was exceptional. I walked out with a temporary crown and a plan of action. I couldn’t be more pleased!
