The front desk was welcoming, Dr Chen explained everything clearly, she is so professional and the dental hygienist Aliya did an excellent job during my cleaning. She explained every step, checked in often to make sure I was comfortable, and was incredibly gentle. My teeth feel so clean, and the experience was stress-free. Highly recommend!

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Smile Arts of NY with Dr. Zhi! I came in for a crown and was blown away by how smooth and comfortable the entire process was. Dr. Zhi is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and caring—she explained everything clearly and made sure I felt completely at ease throughout the visit. The office itself is spotless, modern, and high-tech, which immediately put me at ease. I didn’t feel a single bit of pain during the procedure, and I had no discomfort afterward—it was truly the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I also want to give a huge shoutout to the dental assistant and office staff. They were so kind, professional, and genuinely sweet, making the whole experience even better. If you’re looking for a dentist who combines expertise with compassion, I can’t recommend Smile Arts of NY and Dr. Zhi enough!

Dr Chang, and the team at Smile Arts, is fantastic. They take me in on time, and yesterday they took me in five minutes late and profusely apologized for it! They never make me feel rushed, even though I know they have a packed schedule. They’re very efficient, and friendly, and helped me with every dental problem I’ve had! Definitely recommend them!

Amazing service and professional. Quick easy and painless, just how I like my teeth handled. I’m sensitive but would recommend their services to anyone who is looking. Perfection in a white lab coat. Oddly I can’t wait to go back to finish up the services as the pricing and bed manor proved to be both efficient and reasonable, which is probably contingent on ur insurance, but still worth it either way. Also the setting is very beautiful and clean. No notes 10/10

Every dentist and hygienist I've had here has been amazing. Kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. The front office was amazing during my last visit. They helped me navigate my insurance, and they prepared all my paperwork for me. I can't recommend this office enough!
