I will say the orthodontists and hygienists here are professional and very accommodating. HOWEVER… Jessie/Jessica, the receptionist, is repulsive! Very defensive in demeanor and you can barely get in a word. Also makes snarky comments to you so casually, so I’m assuming she has worked here for a long time and gets away with it. If I had met her in the beginning I would’ve have never sought any services from here. Luckily for them I did not. I’m glad that the actual professionals who matter here are professional and competent.

I needed vivera retainers, and this place was the most affordable for me. The staff was super friendly, and they were all thorough in explaining things. The retainers took about a week to make. Overall, a really great experience!

Marina is the best dental hygienist ever! Super professional, exceptionally skilled, and very pleasant. The results of her work clearly show how much she loves what she does! The entire staff is wonderful, from the friendly and helpful front desk team to the excellent care provided by Dr. Gao.

Not a great experience. I waited over 40 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. The dentist didn’t introduce himself and barely examined my teeth, which felt rushed and careless. Overall, it did not feel professional and I won’t be returning. Looking for a new dentist in the Tribeca area, unfortunately.
