I cannot say enough great things about Tribeca Dental Care. From the moment you walk in, the experience is professional, welcoming, and calming. Dr. Tang is truly exceptional. I used to hate going to the dentist and felt a lot of fear and anxiety, but Dr. Tang completely changed that for me. He takes the time to explain everything clearly, answers all questions, and most importantly provides painless, high-quality care. I felt safe, heard, and extremely well taken care of. David, the hygienist/assistant, is fantastic, very gentle, knowledgeable, and reassuring throughout the entire visit. He made the experience smooth and comfortable. A big thank you as well to Diane at the front desk. She is professional, kind, and incredibly helpful, making scheduling and check-in stress-free. Because of this team, I actually look forward to going to the dentist now, something I never thought I’d say. Highly recommend Tribeca Dental Care to anyone looking for excellent dental care with a compassionate and skilled team.

I adore everyone at Tribeca Dental Care. They are the absolute best. So talented and kind. I was in to get an old, bad root canal and crown fixed and they did the most amazing job. I cannot recommend them highly enough. My husband now goes to them as do many of my friends.

I’ve been coming to this practice for several years and have always had excellent experiences with my hygienist — she is thorough, professional, and consistently great. However, during my most recent appointment, the dentist who came in for the final exam made the visit uncomfortable. He did not introduce himself and, before examining my mouth, asked if my eyelashes were real. When I indicated that the question was inappropriate, he doubled down and followed up by asking if my nails were real as well. These types of personal questions are unprofessional and have no place in a medical setting. Patients expect a focus on care, respect, and professionalism — not commentary on their physical appearance. I shared this feedback directly with the office but did not receive a response, which was disappointing. I hope the practice takes this as an opportunity to reinforce appropriate boundaries and communication so that every patient can feel comfortable and respected during their visit.

I will say the orthodontists and hygienists here are professional and very accommodating. HOWEVER… Jessie/Jessica, the receptionist, is repulsive! Very defensive in demeanor and you can barely get in a word. Also makes snarky comments to you so casually, so I’m assuming she has worked here for a long time and gets away with it. If I had met her in the beginning I would’ve have never sought any services from here. Luckily for them I did not. I’m glad that the actual professionals who matter here are professional and competent.

I needed vivera retainers, and this place was the most affordable for me. The staff was super friendly, and they were all thorough in explaining things. The retainers took about a week to make. Overall, a really great experience!
