Such plesant greeting by Keith at the front desk... the wait time was less than 5 mins... Raquel my hygenist was fantastic, explained everything she was going to do and was a professional - had great bedside manner from X-rays to cleaning she really took her time and pain free! After everything was done Dr Wong showed up on time and took the time to explain what was going on and the options I had. Never felt rushed and he did a fantastic job. Even Liza at checkout was very plesant and explained everything to me patiently and never felt pressured to book something without thinking it over. I wish my insurance covered all of the other procedures that I need to get done. This is the first time I went into such practice and felt like I belonged and everyone was respectful of my time and the service was first class! Highly Recommended Dr Wong and team to anyone needing dental care.

First time there and I had an amazing experience. No one loves the dentist let’s be real so making the best of a necessary situation is important. The staff was super friendly and professional. They explained their findings and laid out a plan. No scolding just an adult conversation as it should be. I will not dread going back.

I’ve been coming here for 20 years. I’ve seen many different dentist, they are all competent and have great bedside manners. MJ, the hygienist, is a gem. She is funny, efficient and thorough. The front staff have always been accommodating. I do think the hygienists and dentists see way too many patients a day, the pace is frenzied sometimes. But the service is excellent.

I had a cleaning done here. Very professional, affable and knowledgeable. They gave me good advice on maintaining good dental hygiene. Love that feeling of polished enamel after a cleaning, makes me not want to eat for a few days to keep that feeling.

Wish I could afford to have Dr. Downes all to myself. She was absolutely great! She walked me through everything she was doing, what she thought the best next steps were. Highly recommend!
