Dr. Chloe Bittner provided exceptional care throughout my appointment. She took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the examination, including cancer screenings and the cleaning process. Her professionalism and attention to detail certainly stood out, giving me confidence in the care I was receiving. The practice itself has a beautiful, family-oriented atmosphere, yet it also carries a high-end aesthetic feel, which I found impressive. Bittner Family Dental has it all!! From the receptionist desk, to the dental hygienist, to the ABSOLUTELY amazing dentists at this practice! I crossed over after my dentist retired and I couldn’t be happier. Started with Jerry Sr. and now I’ve seen Jerry Jr (Doc Jerry) and Doctor Chloe! Love them!! I recently chipped a tooth and Doc Chloe fixed it with the use of an in-office laser (for surfacing) and finished with her unique skills to rebuild the exterior! Super happy with the results! I have been a patient of The Bittner Dental Group for 8 years now. I needed a lot of dental work. The experience of walking in with a warm chary greeting from Tom and Isabel, and I'm off for a teeth cleaning. Shelby is very caring and thorough and has great suggestions for teeth maintenance. I now have a water pik and ultrasonic cleaner for my retainers. Thanks, Selby I don't think my teeth have every been so clean. Dr. Jen then does a full exam inspecting every tooth and reviewing my x-rays. This time it's time for 2 crown replacements as they are very old. I was able to get an appointment with 2 days. I walked in friendly greetings. Massage chair. First Class. After 1 1/2 hours I had 2 crowns removed and 2 new ones placed and the best part was I was able eat right away. All state of the art equipment. Dr. Jen is very professional, caring, gentle and a perfectionist, (I'm not the easiest patient - I'm a mouth breather - sorry Dr. Jen) When you leave her dental chair your teeth are perfect! I've also seen Dr. Jerry Sr. who came in on a holiday because I broke a molar. I was in a lot of pain and really needed help right away. Dr. Jerry Sr. was very caring and so helpful. Two days later I was off to start an implant. Dr. Mancuso the surgeon onsite already had my chart and x-ray. His staff was great as well and my implant worked out perfect. Going to the dentist is not always fun but I always look forward to my checkups and to see all the latest greatest stuff they have and all the friendly staff. Everyone there is great. Bittner Family Dental Group has been my dentist for over a decade and I wouldn’t dream of switching to any one else. Dr. Jerry did my veneers over ten years ago and they are still perfect. Today was the first time Dr. Chloe did a procedure for me, a laser filling and she was fantastic, like her father. She is talented and charismatic, and explained the procedure every step of the way. The apple certainly doesn’t fall far from the tree.

I’ve hated the dentist from childhood years, the smell the sounds all of it. But Bittner group has changed the game & my outlook on the dentist forever! They’re awesome! Welcoming and funny and really just wanting to better your oral health in all forms to fit our needs. From walking in the receptions are so nice and helpful, Ms. Isabell is a gem!
