Our entire family has been loyal patients of Dr. Bittner for years. This is funny to say about a dentist office but going there has truly become one of our family’s happy places. The staff and doctors are incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to coordinate our appointments seamlessly. Our kids actually look forward to visiting the dentist here, which is a huge win for us as parents. Personally, I enjoy the extra pampering with paraffin wax for my hands during cleanings. Dr. Bittner’s office is consistently ahead in technology, something my kids proudly share with their friends. We often mention their ‘no pain’ approach, thanks to their cutting-edge technology. i needed an emergency wisdom tooth extraction the afternoon before thanksgiving. the level of fast-acting care i received upon arrival was INCREDIBLE. every member of staff was knowledgable, quick, resourceful, and spoke to each other and myself and my husband with respect and kindness. not once was i made to feel like an inconvenience for coming in before a holiday, my doctor and his assistant were very compassionate and encouraging. they did an incredible job on my extraction and made sure i was comfortable even during the worst of it. i camt believe
